chapter 30 : final

Darren's pov :

"你看起来很开心，儿子" my dad says.

"thanks dad" I tell him.

Regie and my mum are talking in the kitchen, I'm so worried but I know Regie's very smooth with his words.

Just like I thought, my sister was very skeptical about Regie.

She gave him a stink eye before she even spoke to him but warmed up to him eventually.

Regie comes back into the living.

"your mom was scary as hell, but I understood her" he says.

I laugh, kissing his cheek lightly.

Everyone goes into the dining room and sits around the table.

My dad and sister brings the food out and we indulge.

I can get used to this.
