18 - Make it right

A few days had passed, although it felt like weeks, if not months to some of them. The six men who usually were so close that they fought over who sat where were now barely speaking.
However what all six of them shared in common was that they sat there wondering how and when their hearts became wrapped in the red string that led to Namjoon. In other words, how had Namjoon who simply came to their house because of a dog, wrapped himself around their hearts, and made all of them fall in love, even if some of them didn't realise it.

They each sat alone on their beds, or the floor , head in their hands wondering what was so special about him. How he had so easily just walked into their hearts. Sure they weren't your average men, they were polyamorous which started with six, they were criminals but that didn't mean they weren't humans, they had emotions, including love. However it was love that brought them back together.

The first was Seokjin, who missed his boyfriends and also was incredibly worried about Namjoon. Secondly came Jimin, only a few minutes after Seokjin. After a while, came everyone until finally all six were sitting down together. If you were ever in a group of people and the only sound you heard was silence, you would understand what the atmosphere was like between the boys. Nobody knew what to say, some were planning to apologise, to talk about what had been spoken before, about Namjoon, but there was too much to say in such an awkward situation.

Jungkook was the first to speak, and he only spoke one word but it drew everyone's attention to him. "Namjoon"

That one word was all it took for the men to start talking again and it wasn't long until they had a plan. They of course wanted to find Namjoon so any clue would be of use. They all decided to split up and began looking room by room for anything that would be of help to at least find out where Namjoon was going.

"What does he mean he's going to make it right?" Yoongi muttered, trying to make sense of the letter that Namjoon had left, almost hoping there was some secret message saying he would be back.
"I think I know where he's going" Hoseok muttered as he stared of into space.
"Hobi?" Jimin spoke as he had never seen his hyung like this before.
Hoseok sighed before turning around and facing the members.
"I think he's going to Jackson's house".
"Jackson? His friend?" Taehyung spoke , wondering where Hoseok had gotten that from.

"A few days after Namjoon was settled in here, I unlocked the information about him. I hadn't seen him in years, so anything could have happened." Hoseok explained.

"Well?" Seokjin spoke, his eyes widened to tell Hoseok to hurry up and speak.

"I noticed his friend Jackson is on quite a few lists for dealing with drugs but every time he gets caught, he never gets arrested or anything. I thought that was quite strange, so I looked into his family. His mother is a chef in a nearby hotel and everything checks out with her. His older brother mark was adopted and apparently those two are dating now.

"Ew but they are brothers" Taehyung spoke with his nose turned up.
Jimin chuckled and quickly explained that they aren't actually related at all.
"I then looked into his dad, Jinyoung. I found out that he's actually with the police but he's the top of the top. Apparently, he raised to the top extremely fast as he was such a good worker and now he is the head of like 150 police stations in Korea." Hoseok stopped talking as he took a gulp of water.

"Oh great, and now Namjoon is walking straight to him" Yoongi sighed.

"The thing is , Jackson's father is currently looking into Namjoons father for so many reasons like abuse, drugs, firing an illegal firearm, murder, everything, he's worse than us" Hoseok said as he walked over to the computer that Jin was sat at and typed in a code.
"Tae, there you go" Hoseok said as he turned to face Taehyung.
"Huh?" Taehyung said as he stood up.
"It's unlocked, find Namjoon you idiot"

"Wait , Hobi, you're going to get him?" Seokjin asked as it seemed Hoseok had a plan.

Hoseok smiled which turned into a half smirk and shook his head to say no.
"We're going to find him and keep him safe" Hoseok spoke and after a minute of everyone looking at each other, it was decided. With a deep breathe and a shaky voice Yoongi spoke, "okay let's go get our boy and we'll change our life's doing so apparently "

"Anything for Namjoon"

[Namjoons PoV]

I sighed from the cold wind that whispered around my body. I really should have worn a jacket but of course the weather app was wrong again and instead of the warm sunny day it was supposed to be, it was now windy with no appearance from the sun at all. Thankfully, I wouldn't have to suffer no longer as the sound of train filled my ears and only a second later I could see it. I smiled at it, excited to leave the cold but as the doors opened and everyone piled on I couldn't help but to turn around and look at the city I was leaving, and everything I was leaving behind. Although I wasn't leaving forever, it still hurt.

Sighing, I turned around and got on the train and quickly found my seat before smiling to myself as there was nobody at the table except me. I took my phone and earphones out and placed the earphones in my ears and pressed shuffle on my Spotify playlist. As Seventeens home began to play, I looked out the window and just as the train began to move, I wondered if I would ever regret this decision. However if you love someone you let them go right? Right?

If anyone is even left here , I hope you'll excuse me for being missing for the past year or two, life happens and I grew up and got busy and stopped writing. I am back though and will try my hardest to write more and continue my stories ~ as well as some new ones of course 💜

I hope you like this chapter ~ there are more on the way and this story is nowhere near finished, I promise you.
