Chapter 11 - The problem

(A/N: Before we start the chapter, in this story if human axolotls (like Lizzie) are out of water for five minutes in their axolotl form, they forget everything except for the basic, necessary things like name and age and how to eat and talk and walk and things like that so then it's a bit like normal minecraft axolotls how if they are out of water for five minutes they start to die. Just letting you all know before we get into this chapter! I hope you are enjoying the story so far!)

Lizzie POV:

It has been a week since I became Queen. In my opinion I have been doing quite good at it! Today, me and Joel were going to meet up at the beach place since I usually just join him with out him knowing about it. I swam up to him whilst he was waiting outside of his palace for me.

J: Hey! Wait you forgot to transform into a human. Do you need to do that?

L: No, we only really have a human form if we need to blend in with crowds.

I clearly forgot what happens when we are our axolotl form on land...

J:  Okay, that's good then

We walked to the beach and I kept getting little head aches on the way there.

It took about 3 minutes (very specific for a reason) to get there. We sat down and talked. I was telling him more about my role as queen when my head started hurting really badly. I held onto it and grunted.

J: Are you alright Lizzie?

I couldn't speak. It had been five minutes since I left the water and since I was in my axolotl form, I couldn't do anything. I passed out before I could do or say anything.

Joel POV:

I was walking with Lizzie when I noticed that she kept holding her head like she had head aches. I ignored it but was still worried about it. We sat down on the beach and we were talking about Lizzie's role as queen now, when she suddenly stopped. 

She held her head in agony. I asked if she was alright and she didn't answer she was in too much pain. She passed out before she could say anything. I knew that having a human form was used for more than blending in, they needed it to go above land. I didn't know what to do. I picked her up and put her in the water to try and help. It didn't work. Have I lost her?
