Every Corrupted Victim are usually aware that they are corrupted. Their 'personality' slightly changes. The Corrupted Crystal can affect the brain mentally.
Allowing the person to be rather insensitive, have murderous desires, much more. However, not everyone can identify that the person is a Corrupted Victim.
This leads to Fawn's somewhat rude personality, Michael's destructive tendencies, Lynx's somewhat insensitive murderous nature and many others.
