Arrow randomly summons Azra. Basically just kidnaps him at random intervals. This brings the dragon great joy when she can annoy- I mean talk to xem.
Oh yeah, they've are friends. Well, more like Arrow loves annoying the living crap out of the red-haired creature. They've also been friends for awhile, literally just a couple of centuries after Azra got banished from heaven.
