Getting home

*two months later*
so I've been taking time to myself since everyone keeps begging and pleading I do so. I've traveled to Peru for two weeks then went to England and has been staying there for a month so far, I've grown to like this place a lot more than my crime fulfilled city

and I've made friends, it's people I usually see when I go shopping and buy coffee, I also bought a house...with a roommate of course because I'm not gonna be there all lathe time so I would need someone to take care of the house

"Hey Naomi, do you mind if I buy a new couch. I saw this really nice one that's white and it's only £1,899.00" I said, her eyes got big "I'm sorry for the sofa, I know we just became roommates two weeks ago but you not serious" she suggested

"what I am, trust me it's cheaper than the ones I have at my apartment in new york" she looked at me confused
"I don't want to ask, and I don't care since it's your money," she says before going back to her computer

Naomi is twenty-two, she's in college at the 'Royal Veterinary College, the University of London' i call it RVC but seems here they don't have nicknames for their schools. she also has a cat, his name is henry...yes after the prince, you'd think she'd name it some other silly name. Naomi also has a boyfriend, something doesn't have yet but I'm working on that.

shit I left him on reading, I didn't mean to consider I would go to dinner with him but I just don't know when considering I have a lot to do when I get back to New York

Toby is Naomi's boyfriend. I and he are friends the only time we really hang out is when Naomi is around or to go shopping for Naomi

"I'm gonna propose this weekend, considering her family and you will be there" some lady came up to us and smiled "picking a promise ring or new engagement ring?"

"Yes but not for us," I said quickly, toby is a good looking man just not my type

"Oh, who's the lucky lady?"
"Uh my friend Naomi, it's her birthday this weekend-" I started and toby finished my sentence "I'm gonna Prepose considering we've been together for almost a year"

"Perfect, and this ring you've picked is beautiful. Are you gonna buy it?" she asked, he nodded and I watched as he paid £1,857.00 for it.
