A aot story.

Escape.

As you tried to look around, you couldn't though. Everything was black.. "why us..." you thought to yourself. It sounded like you were in a wagon, you heard voices, footsteps, and other types of noises..

You managed to move around a little and realized the wagon was being covered... You just sat there, emotionless for a few minutes. You knew that what they needed you and Eren for was severely important because on how many times they had tried to kidnap you and Eren. You felt like giving up at this point...

After a few minutes the voices slowly faded away and you heard leaves rustle, with the sounds of birds chirping. Then you stopped. You heard footsteps so you pretended to still be unconscious to not raise any suspicion. And to hope to lower there guards.

You were being carried, you recognized the smell...it was Reiner. You knew that the place you had been brought was secluded, because you didn't hear any voices.

Your heart was beating. Fast.

You tried to listen around to try and get any clues on where you were. Though you found nothing...

So you just laid there lifelessly trying to listen to whatever was going on around you. You heard a voice "We have them Zeke, do you have the injections?" Said Reiner. "Injections..." you thought "wait...no..no it can't be what you think it was..." they were going to turn you into...Titans..?" Your heart beat started to get faster you felt like screaming but it would get you nowhere. You heard rustling in the leaves but ignored it.

You heard a old rusty door creak open loudly. "Fuck..this is not how I'm going to die..." you thought. You heard chains clanking and then snapping like someone was being put in chains...but it wasn't you..."was it Eren..?" You thought nervously. Just then you heard more chains. "It's now or never..." you thought. You slowly got up took of the cloth covering your eyes and made a run for it.

"HEY!!" Yelled Reiner. "Fuck..." you thought you continued running to what felt like eternity almost.. You had left Eren behind though.. as you were running past the trees a hand went through the leaves and pulled you in. You looked and it was Captain Levi.

You were exhausted from running so much, so you were panting you tried to stay quiet. Levi pulled out a knife and cut through the ropes that tied you. "What about Eren..?" You thought.

Tears started to trail down your face as he carried you through the trees. Captain Levi noticed but he didn't say anything about it. When you got back you were just sitting on a small bench crying. "It's all my fault." You thought. "If I had been stronger I could have saved Eren..." you thought while just crying.

Just then Captain Levi came over and sat a small cup of tea in front of you.  "Is that for me..?" You thought. "Yes, that's for you." Captain Levi said while looking a bit flustered. You smiled at him and picked up the tea cup even though your hands were shaking.

After a few minutes of crying and drinking the tea you set the empty cup down. "Thank you.." you said to Captain Levi quietly. "It's not your fault Y/N." Captain Levi said while looking directly at you. You were shocked that those words came out of his mouth.

You just stared at him for a minute shocked. "Oi brat!" He said while snapping his fingers. You blinked and seemed to come back to reality. "I have to go." He said and walked out of the room. You were still shocked that he had said that, it caused you to cry even more. They couldn't go on another mission to rescue Eren because there wasn't enough soldiers to do so.

After a few days you finally came out of your room, you were still thinking about what Captain Levi had said to you that day. It made your head swirl with confusion...

The next day you were sitting with Captain Levi chatting while you both had tea, you had gotten used to it kinda. You waited for that time of day to come every day. Just then the door slammed open.

"Hm!" Captain Levi said while turning his head to face the door. "Captain!!" A soldier said "We found the location of Eren!!" He yelled. Levi's eyes widened. He calmed down, "where is he?" He said. He got up and started to walk towards the door. "Wait.." you said. "Hm.?" Captain Levi said "can I come on the mission.." you asked. "No Y/N the mission is to dangerous you could get kidnapped." He said and looked away. You looked disappointed, you wanted to help get Eren back. But you couldn't.

You felt so useless waiting, you were also worried about everyone else, your friends, your comrades, and especially Captain Levi. You got so worried that you started to have a breakdown. You screamed and tossed everything around in the room. You then collapsed to the floor and just cried for what felt like forever.

Finally the door opened, it was Captain Levi, he looked shocked to see what happened to the room. "What..happened?" He said quietly. You then told him and he calmed down. Then, he did something that you could never expect him to do in a million years...

He hugged you. You were shook but hugged him back and just cried on his shoulder until you could feel and see that the jacket was visibly soaked with your tears.

"I-I'm sorry Captain..." you said while still crying. "It's fine" he said. "Go to bed Y/N" you got up and started walking towards your room, you felt numb. When you got to your room all you could think about was what Captain Levi had said to you That was the only thing you could think about.
