The leaves are what brings the change,And the stars glimmer so brightly,
I could stare at them for ages,
Nothing could get between us,
But my love for the stars is fading,
And in a way our love is too,
With every lie you spoke,
Did your heart not yearn for me once more,
And the sky is but a lie,
So blue and perfect,
You should know best,
Nothing is perfect,
And the graveyard of the universe,
Pulling in anything that comes,
She would be a fool to believe,
That someone truly loved her,
But she was a fool,
And you were silly,
And that made you two perfect,
Molded from fire and earth,
And my life could not be worse.
With you by my side,
I truly believe I can do anything.
