Port Clair is the sister port of Port Linda; both are the two main sources of fish and other sea-faring goods for Questelan. Vendors line the docks with fresh fruits and artisan crafts. There is always music playing somewhere and everything creaks and sways along with the ocean.
It is warm and balmy here. The people are diverse in nature and frequently merry, they dance and sing more than any others I have met. Though tough on the outside, most Balrithians around here are friendly folk.
