"What the hell..?" Bakugo muttered. Kirishima instinctively stood up from the table and ran to the window. Bakugo followed suit. The cats nearby didn't seem phased at all.

On the street outside, people were running away from something that the couple couldn't see yet. Eventually they were able to spot traces of what appeared to be dust, or mist, or some kind of clouds.

They could then hear faint cackling.

"A villain...!" Kirishima said. He immediately began to dash out of the room.

"Hey, wait up, dumbass!" Bakugo called as he ran after his partner.

Once they got outside, they saw who was causing the racket.

It was a girl who looked to be in her early twenties, with messy, wind-blown hair, and makeup that had clearly been perfect in a past time, but had been significantly smudged. She wore a long, flowing trenchcoat, a fairly tight button-up shirt, a pencil skirt that had a vertical slit messily cut on each side of her hip, and heeled ankle boots. She carried an umbrella that was almost being turned inside out from the force of the wind that she seemed to be creating.

"Weathergirl!! Her quirk: Air-bend! She can manipulate the air molecules in a given area to create a gentle breeze or even hurricane-level winds, making her able to summon all kinds of weather and chaos! It isn't the only thing she can do with this power, I just don't have the energy to name all the things, but it's still impressive! However, she can only do this stuff within a radius of 100 meters, maximum!"

"HEY!" Bakugo roared. "What the hell are you doing?!"

"I should ask the same question," she taunted. "What, are you trying to be a hero? You look like a fussy child to me."

"I'll make you eat those words!" Kirishima yelled before charging at her. He used his quirk to turn his arms like rocks.

Weathergirl groaned frustratedly. "I have had just about enough of everyone getting in my way all the time."

She invoked a strong gust, which picked up Kirishima almost effortlessly. She redirected it, slamming him against the asphalt. Luckily, he had hardened his body a split second before he hit the ground.

Bakugo made a running start at Weathergirl. He created a medium size explosion, still wanting to conserve his energy, despite his anger directed towards her for trying to hurt his boyfriend.

Somehow, though, almost nothing happened. Bakugo stared at the point where the explosion was supposed to be.

A small fireball was levitating between the two opponents. Weathergirl was holding her hands in a tense position, seemingly keeping the object in place.

'What...?!' Bakugo thought. 'She must be using the air to keep it under pressure...and if that's the case....'

"Oh, shit." The blond spoke aloud. Weathergirl smirked sinisterly.

She then released the air molecules around the fireball, and redirected the explosion towards Bakugo.

Bakugo had tried to retaliate with a bigger explosion, but there wasn't much use. It just tossed the both of them back. Bakugo forcefully hit the ground, while Weathergirl used a gust of wind to propel her in the opposite direction of the one she was being thrown in, so that she was barely affected by the shockwave.

Kirishima decided to try a different tactic. He bolted towards her, yelling, "Red Riot, Unbreakable!!" as he jumped as high as he could, hardening his entire body in midair.
