Shadow punch(Bea x male reader)

motivation part 2

The Spectre and Y/n were getting more worried about Bea. She has been refusing to battle challengers and has been distancing herself from basically everyone apart from her pokemon. Today Y/n is currently battling a challenger on his own.
Y/n:Now gmax envy!
Spectre takes out the opposing orbeetle with a final attack. He then leaves the gym and sends a message to Rose.
Y/n(message):Rose I will be closing the gym for the challengers because Bea isn't really feeling so good and I just don't think it will be fair on the trainers who had to battle in a double battle.
Rose(message):OK that is fine.
With that Y/n sends the gym staff home early and locks up the gym. He then starts doing some private training while thinking about how to cheer up Bea. That was when his rotom phone blinked bright as he saw that Nessa was calling.
Y/n:Hello.
Nessa:Hey Y/n I heard about you closing the gym. Is everything OK?
Y/n:Yeah it's just that Bea is kinda sad right now.
Nessa:What?! Why?
Y/n:She heard a bunch of bastards call her a bad trainer and a bad gym leader. She has closed herself off to basically everyone in the gym and doesn't come out of her room.
Nessa:Well, whenever I feel down I just head to my favourite sweet store but that doesn't work on Bea. We tried that before when she was sad but it had no effect.
Y/n:Well what did you do to make her feel better?
Nessa:We took her around the region trying to make her feel better. She seemed to enjoy herself when we were in the wild area and we then battled some wild pokemon.
Y/n:So I should take her battling wild pokemon.
Nessa:Well I am not sure that will work this time. Last time she didn't stay in her room. Maybe try taking her out to where she likes she most.
Y/n:I think I know the place. Thanks Nessa.
Nessa:No problem
Y/n hangs up and remembers where he took her for their first date. He heads to their room and knocks on the door.
Y/n:Hey babe. I'm coming in!
Bea:Please leave me alone right now.
Y/n opens the door to see his girlfriend covered underneath a blanket like a burrito.

Bea:Y/n what are you doing?
Y/n:Well I wanted to take you out somewhere.
Bea:But-
Y/n:I will only take you out this one time. Afterwards you are free to go back to moping here okay.
Bea:Okay I'll go change.
Y/n leaves as Bea takes around five minutes to change into her outfit.

Bea:Okay let's go.
Y/n escorts her to the Corviknight taxi as they fly a similar route that Bea does recognise  they fly towards Circhester as they see the the sights of Motorstoke's gym shining bright, the hammerlocke gym shining either glistening fires, the lights of Ballonlea, the sparkling ocean of Hulbury, and finally the snowy city of Circhester. The get off as Bea looks to where he is taking her.
Bea:This is-
Y/n:Yep. The place we had our first date.
The restaurant is reserved for them only again as Bea starts to reminiscence about the days that Y/n supported her and how he was always the person that made her Happy. She smiles as after their dinner rhey head towards the baths. They sit by as Bea starts to shed some tears.
Bea:Y/n.
Y/n:Yeah Bea?
Bea:I wanted to say thank you amd sorry.
Y/n:Sorry?
Bea:Sorry for making you and everyone at the gym worry about me because I let some idiots get to me.
Y/n:That's understandable. But just know that if you ever get down again you can always come to me and everyone at the gym will help you as well.
Bea:Thank you.
She leans in and kiss him on the cheek. They both then head back onto the taxi and fly back to Stow on side.
