Excited. I ran to the courtyard where I saw 2 figures in the distance, It was a 6ft tall and a slightly shorter one beside it.
As I walked closer I realized it was my art partner talking with Sara.
"Oh look, here comes blindass"
there was only one person who called me that shitty name and it was that scumbag Lucas.
"Yoo chill she's my friend" Sara stated
"Wait! Are you two related?!?"
"No we're dating Stupidass," Lucas said as he rolled his eyes.
For some reason, my heart felt numb.
"Oh ok."
"FUCK NO, he's just my musty dusty crusty overprotective cousin" Sara said raptly fast.
"OHHH" I said sarcastically.
"We still have to wait for Mica!" I stated
"Not that girl-" Lucas was cut off by Sara
"She can't come anyways. for an unknown reason.."
"Alright, good. I'm going home" Lucas exhausts.
"No WAITT give us a ride!" Sara begged.

"I'll tell your 'Mother' about that day-
Sara got cut off by a hand with slender fingers on top of her lips "Not a word." Lucas amplified
"Alright fineee" Sara whined. _
"I CALL SHOTGU-" Hina stopped with her proposal.

"YOU?!" It was my weird neighbor..
"I wanted to sit in the front.." Hina saddened
"Oh sorry Can't get up now but why not just sit here?" he points to his lap.
"um... sorry I'll just go back and sit with Sara..."
"ohh come on now you already opened the front door might as well sit, promise I won't bite~" said the strange neighbor.
In the corner of the passenger seat a sudden gaze was felt through the driver, a sense of irritation.
"I don't want to, please I'll go sit at the back" I said uncomfortably
"Oh come onn I'll even play one of your lil' K-pop songs and you can dance for me as you do in your garage at night~"
"..."
"That's enough. You, go sit at the back and she sits in the front."
"What's up with you Lucas? I thought you were going to help me out, with the girl. remember??"
"We can talk about this later, right now just SHUT UP and go sit in the backseat." Lucas repeats
The strange neighbor gets up with annoyance and sits at the back. While Sara was all confused, I take a step into the front seat beside the hot head who was trying to calm himself down.

Lucas finally turns on the car and we hit the road. It was quite and the mood was calm I kept feeling glances on me and of course I could not look at his direction.
"Is there something wrong with me, why do you keep staring out the window??"
I tried my best to avoid his eyes.
"what do you want me to do, stare at your disgusting face?"
Lucas grins
"You know what, Whatever. I'll just play the radio"

The whole ride to Sara's there was this tension between me and lucas.

I kept looking at Hina to make sure she was okay but all she did was stare at the window and it concerned me. When he kept teasing her I couldn't stand it he had no right to even touch or look at her. That's no way to treat a lady, had I not been the one driving him I'd bet he'd be dead right now.
