Abilities: User is able to always put a name to a person as soon as they know their name
Drawbacks: User must meet the victim in person for the quirk to work
Other Effects: Even if the person is masked or their appearance is otherwise changed the user will be able to use their quirk, the name may also be an alias and will also be added to the list of names for that person
