Abilities: When activated the user's skills will change based on what others say of the user (ex. someone says the user couldn't climb a wall, Spite will make them able to climb the wall)
Drawbacks: User is unable to do things that aren't achievable for someone without a quirk that impacts their performance (ex. breathing underwater)
Other Effects: Skills gained by Spite will disappear after the quirk is deactivated
