Quirk Abilities: Enables the user to manipulate and transfer energy, for example, the user can manipulate electricity flows and can manipulate the energy of living things as well. The user can convert their and others' energy into electricity and with enough training, they can convert electricity into energy. The user can also store about 1 million volts of electricity in their body at a time but with certain training can store more.
Drawbacks: Very sensitive to water but can be overcome with proper training, after using all of their energy the user will convert to a brain-fried state (much like Kaminari) for about thirty minutes
Other Effects: The user's hair will often be statically charged, the user will often unconsciously take electricity from high voltage objects and energy from energetic people and animals, the user will also often shock other people the more energy they have stocked up the more likely they will shock others,
