So I've been a dancer for a good portion of my life, I worked hard and probably did a lot of in healthy things to make sure I was the best and I pushed myself further than ever since the beginning, that being said I've put a lot of strain on my body and my legs for a long time. Ever since I quit at the being of the pandemic my legs strength has deteriorated exponentially and I'm not just talking about muscle mass, over time I will have moments where it's extraordinarily difficult to walk, stand, or put pressure on my legs at all. Well today was the day, my legs finally gave out, I made myself a makeshift cane out of a decorative cane I got from Spirit a while ago.
I plan on going to get an actual cane soon and I was suggested knee braces but I don't really know nor want to go into detail about it but I will just updates.Update: I found out that this is a normal problem for people with hyperextend knees. I'm gonna see if knee braces will help and if worst comes to worse, I'll need a cane eventually
