Moving Home
Y/n's POV
"Dad! Did you know that most dinosaurs actually had feathers! And-and-"
"Oh my god Evan shut up, can you not talk for like 10 minutes?!" I snapped.
"(Y/n)! Don't tell your brother to shut up," my dad hissed at me. "Keep going Evan." I groaned loudly earning a kick to the headrest of my seat from the brat.
"OW! YOU LITTLE SCHEISSER, ICH BRINGE DICH UM!" I yelled slipping into german and turning in my seat.
"DAD! DAD! HELP!" Evan shrieked kicking my outstretched hands away from his face.
"STOP KICKING ME YOU ASS!" I hissed trying to grab his foot. Then suddenly dad swerved the car violently and slammed on the breaks. Both of us froze and slowly looked at him.
"CUT IT OUT OR SO HELP ME I'LL-" as he kept lecturing us his accent got thicker and soon he was speaking completely in german. He finally calmed down and Evan and I sat quietly not daring to say another word. He sighed, "look I'm sorry. We're all tired and have been driving for what 4 days?"
"5 and a half actually." The brat said popping his head out from behind my seat.
"Evan!" I hissed shooting him a glear. Dad just laughed loudly and reached back ruffling his hair.
"Exactly Ev," dad smiled pulling back onto the empty road and began driving again. "But we're almost there sooooo, how about we suck it up for another hour or so and when we get to the house and finish unpacking we order a shit ton of fast food, watch a movie and crash in the living room?" I smiled leaning back in my seat.
"Can I get Thai instead? I think I've had enough shitty burgers and limp fries to last the rest of the year." Dad just laughed and nodded.
"Can we build a pillow fort!" Evan asked excitedly.
"Sure kiddo," Dad replied looking at him through the rear view mirror. I rolled my eyes and leaned against the window staring out at the country scenery as we slowly got closer to Plainview.....to mom.....

Susan's POV
I was driving down the street with Manny when I saw a moving van and an old five seater ute pulled up at the house next door. Surely the Schäfer family couldn't of sold their house, I mean there were no for sale signs. Then it hit me! They must've finally moved back! Oh I missed them all so much, I should go say hi when I pack these groceries away!
I pulled up the driveway and unbuckle Manny.
"Hey sweetheart wanna help mommy take the shopping inside then we can go say hi to the neighbours," I cooed.
After I took everything inside Manny and I made our way over next door.
"Knock knock," I smiled tapping on the door frame. A blonde boy turned around and stared at me with his soft blue eyes.
"Uh dad! (Y/n)! There some lady and a kid here!" I chuckled at the 14 year old. Then a girl with striking (f/c) hair came down the stairs.
