Wedding Day

I went to my first wedding in September. And all I was picturing was Drarry. So, a bunch of months later I did it. I made the final oneshot, being the wedding.

Harry looks in the mirror, nervous. He keeps on trying to flatten out his hair with gel, but it's starting to make his hair look spiky. He has never looked as horrendous as now.

"Harry are you -" Hermione pauses as she sees Harry. "My, you - wash your hair please, it looks terrible! Why would you do that?"

Harry looks at her. "I'm trying to flatten my bloody hair and this is all I get in return. I'm trying to do the best I can, 'Mione. But other than that, do I look okay?"

She gestures him to turn in a circle and he does so, awkwardly.

"Yes, you look fine. Now hurry up and clean your hair!" She says. Harry gives her a small smile and nods, dashing away.

-

Harry looks over at himself one more time, making sure nothing is out of place on himself.

"Harry, mate,  you need to get ready to come up to the altar," Ron mumbles, eating a chicken wing.

The door swings open, causing a loud slam. "Who stole the - oh, Ronald Billus Weasley-Granger give me back that chicken wing!" Ginny exclaims, pointing at him, her eyes fumed with anger.

Ron yelps and dashes away, Ginny chasing after him.

"You look great Harry!" She yells, running at Ron. He laughs and turns back to filing his nails.

-

Hermione walks to the door and leans against it. "Harry it's time for you to start getting ready," she says softly, giving him a small smile.

He smiles and nods, walking towards the door. He shakes his hands nervously and bites his lip.  The "bride's" maid are standing behind Harry. He lets out a small chuckle. Honestly, he had no idea of how he convinced Draco to be called the "bride".

He sees a reflection of himself. He's wearing a black tux with an white shirt underneath with a black tie and shoes.

Once the music starts playing, the best man walks first up to the altar, than Harry, arm linked with Molly Weasley, who was sobbing. Then the bridesmaid come.

There is a peaceful silence. Harry feels a taste of blood, realizing he's been biting his lip this entire time. He turns a soft shade of pink.

The music changes. It's a sweet melody, like the flowing of flowers gracefully against the wind. This reminds Harry of all the picnic dates he and Draco had. The pleasant memories flood through him as he sees the Draco Malfoy, wearing a white tux. It matches his hair quite pleasantly. It was like the coldness of snow was having a battle with the sun.

Tears were starting to form into Harry's eyes, but he keeps on refusing to cry. He wouldn't want to seem like he didn't want to do this. Because he did want to. He's been wanting to do this since he's laid eyes on Draco, from a different perspective during their 8th year at Hogwarts.

He wouldn't change this moment for anything. Draco's eyes twinkle, but not like the way Dumbledore used to. Yes, as painful as it is for Harry to remember the way Dumbledore was, he always ends up appearing. Draco's eyes though, they're filled with love, excitement and nervousness. A small smile kept on appearing on his face and his eyes kept on darting everywhere. It was adorable of how shy and nervous Draco was. And relieving.

The music softly went away, making a decrescendo (search it up if you don't know I'm too lazy to explain). The officiant smiles softly and clears their throat. It seems like they love their job, helping make loved ones even closer than they were before.

Draco and Harry do their vows, and Harry leaps toward Draco, kissing him passionately, although it was only for a few seconds. They pulled apart, and people clapped. He saw Narcissa, tears streaming her face while clapping. She had the biggest smile on her face. Harry found it relieving that he wasn't the only one crying, because he had started to noticed streams of tears flowing down his face.

"Harry," Draco groaned, "don't cry, it's not that bad getting married with me," Harry smiled and hugged him tightly, picking him up a little bit from the ground. Draco squeaked and was dropped.

-

The dances had ended, and everyone went to their assigned table. Harry sat with all of the Weasley family along with Draco and Narcissa, for the majority of Draco's family is either dead or, mostly just his father, in a life-long time in Azkaban.

They all enjoyed their time. The booming noise hurt, but they all laughed, cried a little bit and ended up all dancing with their loved ones.

During the end of the night, Draco and Harry were slow dancing together, Draco standing on Harry's feet due to the fact that he was falling asleep, even with the music.

Draco sighed in happiness. Harry kissed his cheek and nuzzled his face into the crook of Draco's neck.

-

By the end of the night, Harry was carrying Draco bridal style (no pun intended), Draco already lightly sleeping. The two went into the limo and people from the wedding were saying goodbye.

Harry cuddled close to Draco when they were sitting down, Draco snoring softly. Harry kissed his forehead and rubbed Draco's arm.

"Mfm...five more minutes," Draco groaned.

"Love, it's fine, go back to sleep." Harry replied. Draco moved himself, letting Harry's chest be his pillow and fell back asleep again. Harry wrapped his arms around Draco and soon began falling asleep. Besides, it's going to be a while until they reach their destination.

Draco Malfoy has finally turned into Draco Potter (I'm sorry you can change it if you want).

Harry wouldn't change it for the world.

Wow, this is it. The end. I can't  believe it, although I'm the one who planned to end it.

Were my oneshots okay? Please tell me, it's fine if there's criticism, I appreciate it.

Well, thank you for supporting these oneshots, again.

Signing off for the final time,
