This is rather short, I ran out of ideas already
This is after they went to Hogwarts, Draco's a healer and Harry's the Head Auror. They were married to Astoria and Ginny, so Scorpius, Rose, James and Albus are alive right now.
Draco and Harry are also married now, Astoria died and Ginny wanted to break up with Harry so then she can accomplish her dream of being a professional quidditch player.

Draco's pov
"Okay are you guys ready? Do we have all the flower petals?"
Draco, Scorpius, James, Rose and Albus were picking flowers.
"Yep, Pa's going to be so happy!" Rose squealed.
Draco laughed. "We all know he loves rose petals!" He says, "Now, gently (while eyeing James) put the rose petals in the basket."
They all put the petals in. They hurry inside, take off their shoes and made sure that Harry is nowhere near.
"Now, get ready for bed while I put this stuff away for tomorrow. I will wake you up bright and early," Draco says, grinning.
V-V-V-V-V-V-V-V-V-V-V-V-V-V
"Are we all set?" Draco asked. They had planted rose petals all around Harry's bedsheets, and Rose had a tray of food.
"Yes!" James whispered.
"In 3.... 2.... 1...." Draco said.
"HAPPY BIRTHDAY!" They all yelled.
Harry woke up with a startle.
"What?" Harry asked, "What time is it?"
They all started laughing.
"Happy birthday, scar head," Draco told Harry while kissing his forehead gently.
"We made breakfast!" Rose said happily.
"Lovely job! Thank you, guys!" Harry said, resting his head against the pillow.
Rose placed the tray in Harry's lap. Draco grabbed 5 other trays quickly and they all happily ate together.
It was a splendid birthday in the Potter-Malfoy household.
