Caroline made her way into the Château seeing Sarah walk away and Kiara sitting on the couch on the porch, grabbing a towel from a chair as she dried her arms from the rain.
"she okay?" Caroline asked Kiara who turned her head.
"they got Rafe, we think Ward's next." Kiara sat up as Caroline made her way to the couch sitting down.
"how'd it go?" she asked.
Caroline thought it was a good idea to go to her house to talk to her parents about Renfield but she didn't end up going through with it and drove for the past hour around the island.
Kiara was the only one who knew she was going to go home to check on her family.
"i didn't go. i wasn't ready to see them just yet." Caroline explained hearing laughter from inside seeing the three boys dancing.
"it'll be okay, Ace. don't worry." Kiara reached over holding her hand.
"i hope so," she sighed in relief holding her hand.
"where'd you go then? you were gone for a while."
"no where. i just drove around for an hour and was thinking. about what? i have no idea." Caroline leaned her head back.
"guys!" Sarah rushed over to the two girls and even the boys from inside.
"they're getting my dad, we have to go right now, i have to see Wheezie." everyone looked at each other jumping up rushing into the twinkie.
cop cars raced by once the Pogues were close to Figure Eight, John B followed closely behind. once the van was parked the six Pogues got out looking over the fence seeing the police run over to the docks.
"holy shit." whispered Sarah.
"i can't see, bro." JJ placed his hands on Pope's shoulders moving him.
"okay, well, now i can't see." Pope pushed him away.
"there's more wall, you guys." Caroline pushed JJ to her spot so he can see.
"screw it. i'm going over." John B grunted jumping over the wall.
"right behind you." JJ leaned against the wall holding his hands out, "come on, baby." he nodded his head over to Caroline.
"all right. three, two, one, go." he whispered.
"thank you." she stepped into his hand jumping over the wall followed by Kiara and Sarah.
the six ran over only to see Wheezie coming out with Rose trying to pull her back inside worried at what was going on.
"Wheezie. Wheeze. Wheezie." Sarah rushed over to her sister hugging her tightly.
"what's going on? why are the police here again?" Wheezie asked hugging Sarah.
"go inside. don't come out." Sarah's voice shook.
Caroline looked at JJ who had the same worried look on his face not knowing how everything will turn out with Wheezie not knowing anything.
Sarah then ran over to the docks followed by the Pogues seeing it filled with the police and Ward on his boat.
"dad!" Sarah called out.
"that's Sarah Cameron. let her through!" Shoupe called out.
"what are you doing here, Sarah?" Ward called from the boat.
"dad! what are you doing?" Sarah cried out, Caroline's heart broke at how she sounded.
"Vic, you gotta get her out of here! she can't be here right now!" Ward yelled to Shoupe.
"just come on in, and you.. you.. you can talk to her!" Shoupe yelled back to Ward.
"Sarah, i'm so sorry, baby. i can't!" Ward turned around pulling the anchor of the yacht up.
"what are you doing? dad, no, no, no!" Sarah screamed, Caroline walked over to her taking her hand holding it tightly.
"Ward, this ain't gonna end the way you want it to!" Shoupe yelled as the marine officers came speeding over.
"you don't need her seeing this."
"it's okay, it's gonna be okay." Caroline whispered trying to comfort her friend.
"no, Dad, don't leave! where are you going?" Sarah screamed tears forming in her eyes.
"i love you!" Ward yelled running off inside.
"hey! damn it, Ward!"
"dad! no!"
"turn around and get back here!"
"please don't leave!"
suddenly Ward's boat blew up making everyone's eyes widen and jump back, JJ pulled Caroline into him as her hand fell from Sarah's, everyone looked at the boat in pure shock.
Sarah gasped as she cried loudly falling down onto her knee's, nobody could move, everyone looked at the boat in shock, as Topper ran over comforting Sarah while John B just looked at her, Pope and JJ looked at each other while Kiara eyes watered and Caroline had covered her mouth with her hand in shock.
