I stood at the edge of my island paradise. Some would say I'm being reckless but I'll have them know that I drank every strength, Shield and protection potion along with a heat potion in case the water was too cold for me, I'll at least survive for a little while until I drown.Oh shoot. I have no idea how to swim.
Second guessing my decision I looked down at Inazuma. I could swim to shore or die. Those were really my only two options.
Or make a deal with the Fatui which I'm assuming I have to do anyway. If I die I won't have to let down my pride.
I'm fine with dying down there. But then it hit me.
OH MY GOD. They can just go through my Dads workshop and find the blueprints and use them to make the island! So if I kill myself now then they'll just be able to find them and won't owe me anything because I'm totally dead! I'm so glad I thought of this right before I threw myself off.
I helped make the blueprints and know the recipe by heart by my Dads request, he wanted me to know how it works before I began drawing and making plans.
I actually gave him inspiration for the floating island when I was younger. I was playing with Electro crystals in his workshop and managed to make them float by rubbing them together.
He said the friction makes them rise. I was taught deferent though, Aren't they supposed to stick? He explained that they'll stick to the island but you also need negative energy so it can act as repellent and float.
I'm assuming it takes a lot of energy to repel a whole 10,000 foot property.
Him being able to propel us into the air untouched and unseen unless you get around the Inazuman Palace takes a lot of work and from what I'm told he did this all under the shoguns nose.
I do know that I could break bones if I'm not careful. My father did educate me if I did fall off I should try to land on my feet in the water. So I don't break my neck of course. If any small clearing or boat catches my eye I should aim for that, "What ever you do don't land in the water."
I looked down. No boats or land in sight so maybe I should aim for a different part of the ocean. But first I should see if I can just land this island safely in the ocean.
I walked over the Nakuweeds. Crushing a few as I wasn't looking downwards to prevent that.
It's not like I'm coming back here.My plan is to talk to the Shogun or at least the Shogunate and try to get some sweet protection.
Things are starting to look up for me.
My sandals clacked on the floor of the workshop.
My Father had set up a wall where he can just stack rolls of blueprints. He labels everything so it shouldn't be hard to find them.Glancing around at all the blueprints I saw that there was one at the very bottom labeled with my name.
This must be it.I took the prints out of the tube and splayed them on the work table.
They look just as I remember them.
A diagram was visible of what it should look like. Along with instructions to build and assemble parts.
Of course I remember these details by heart so it's not impossible to make new blueprints.
Along with the exact amount of ingredients.
