Turtles Rise Part 2

Katie POV

"Whoa . . . " the guys said at once.

"So that's the . . ." I cut Leo off.

"Mutagen that turned you all into what you are now." I said.

"Let's drink some!" Mikey said.

"What? Why would you do that?" Raph asked.

"Cause if you mutate a mutant, you get a super mutant!" Mikey said.

"Or a pile of goo on the sidewalk, either way it's not a good idea" I said.

"Guys, this is huge. Whoever kidnapped those people are somehow connected to what happened to us fifteen years ago." Leo said.

"How is that possible?" Donnie asked.

"For the kraang, anything is possible." I said.

"Now for some answers snake" I said.

"I see you know me Katie Robinson" he said.

"How do you know my name" I said.

"Never" he said.

"Fine then" I said as I tosses snake to Mikey and Donnie, who grab his arms.

"See, my friends were just regular guys until they got hit with a little of this." I said as I opened the lead.

"Wha-what are you doing?" Snake asked me.

"Playing a little game I like to call Mutation Roulette. Now you could turn out handsome like my friends here, or you might end up disgusting and deformed, like a little weed." I said as the turtles blush madly.

"So, you feel lucky? Or are you going to answer me and how you know me" I said as I start to pour the ooze.

"Aah! Okay, okay! We know you because we know who you are, we took you and your family here and they been grabbing scientists from all over the city." Snake said.

"Well, that worked pretty good." Leo said.

"Of course it did. Would you wanna be a weed?" Raph asked.

"What do they want with scientists? And where is my family?" I asked.

"I don't know. All I know is they're taking them out of the city tonight, but I don't know where!" Snake answered.

"But I don't understand why me and my family, both of my parents are smart along with me, but their not scientists" I said.

"Where are they now?" Leo asked him.

Later

We're on the rooftops while Snake is held prisoner. Leo is surveying the Kraang stronghold with a telescope.

"There's gotta be, like, twenty of them down there." Leo said.

"Yeah, and that's just the ones we can see, trust me there is a lot more" I said.

"All right! An all-you-can-beat buffet!" Raph said.

"Sorry Raph we can't just rush in there. We need a plan." I said.

"Why?" Raph asked.

"There are innocent lives at stake. If we screw this up, they're all goners." I answered.

"Then we won't screw it up." Raph said.

"Boy, I could sure go for some of that pizza right now, huh? What? I can't be the only one that's hungry." Mikey said.

"Where's Snake?" I asked.

"Oh, geez." Mikey said as Snake laughing as he runs away and leaps onto fire escape.
