'Oh why must it be her...' I thought as I sprinted off, mumbling a 'sorry' while doing so.

"HEY! WAIT! COME BACK! YOU DIDN'T EVEN APOLOGISE!" I heard a purple haired boy, which I recognised as Ishikawa, shout at me. As if he wasn't loud enough, he raised his voice even more, demanding me to apologise and help Hori up. Knowing how much I've angered him, it was best to keep running. Luckily, I eventually ran far enough to escape the group's sight.

'Now...we have to find the stupid teacher's office.' I internally cussed this large school, it just had to be this big.

Iura POV
Ishikawa called me for god knows why, so now I'm on my way to his class to meet him.

"Yo! Ishikawa!" I shouted. He looked very...irritated? Couldn't be by me that's for sure. "Ishikawa?"

"Just help me find a girl with [h/l] [h/c] hair, [e/c] eyes and is about [height]." he said, waving his hands as if gesturing me to leave and do as told.

"That's...very vague." I deadpanned.

"Just find her." he said as I annoyedly sighed.

"Find her yourself then..." I softly grumbled as I left the class.

How is one meant to find such a girl in this gigantic school, he could be referring to a teacher for all I know.

Timeskip, lunchtime!
"Seriously, even though the description was so damn vague, I can't find any girl like that yet!" I complained, entering the same classroom I was in a few hours ago.

"The girl bumped into Hori..." Ishikawa trailed off as I just stood there, annoyed and shocked.

"So this is all for Hori?" I asked with a hint of annoyance which he did not catch. He just nodded before slumping onto his desk.

"You asked me to find a girl in this big school because she bumped into Hori?! I know you have a crush on her but seriously?!" I shook.

"A-Ah! Sorry, sorry!" he apologised as I stopped.

"I'm out." I sighed before waking out of the classroom.

Passing by class 3-5, I noticed a girl, who was the only person in the classroom, seated at back, eating her lunch while staring at the board. Staring at her, I realised...[h/l] [h/c] hair.

Y/n POV
Sensing that someone was outside of the class, I turned my head to look out of the back door. 'Why is he staring at me...' I thought as I stared back at the boy weirdly.

"Yo!" he suddenly shouted as I flinched. "Oh, my bad!" he shouted...again. Does this guy not have an indoor voice or what?

"Uh...hi...?" I greeted back awkwardly to which he just smiled.

"You look like someone my friend told me to find!" he said as I nodded slowly.

"Ah...you must've got the wrong person then...I'm new to this school." I replied as he shook his head.

"Could you stand up for a while?" he asked as I did so very awkwardly. He looked me up and down, making me feel uncomfortable, before grabbing my hand. "I'll just borrow your time for a while!" he went back to his loud, cheery voice as I slightly cringed. He started pulling me, intertwining our hands while doing so.

'I wonder if he realised what he's doing.' I shrugged at the thought. Wasn't my first time being pulled this way by someone of the opposite sex.

The walk was short and awkwardly quiet as we finally reached a class which read '3-1'.

"Ishikawa! I think I found her!" he shouted, slamming open the door.

'W-wait- ISHIKAWA?!' I internally panicked as I tried to run away but the boy in front of me had a good grip on my hand.

"P-please let me go..." I mumbled as the boy in front of me just stared at me, not getting what I said.

"Sorry? What?" he asked rather loudly as I cringed again.

"Ah yes, it's you." I heard Ishikawa say as I tried to hide behind Iura.

"Wait! Ishikawa! What are you going to do with her?" a rather cute yellow haired girl, Yuki, asked as Ishikawa sighed.

"What else can I do aside from making her apologise to Hori? I don't hurt girls and you know it." he said as I sighed in relief. "And Shū, why are you guys holding hands?" he teased as the guy in front of me let go of my hand.

"Oh? Sorry!" he shouted yet again, a light shade of pink dusted across his cheeks.

"Could you be more softer...?" I asked, trying not to be rude as he nodded.

"W-What's your na-name...?" Yuki stuttered as I faced her with a bright smile.

"L/n Y/n." I introduced as the rest did so too. (I meant Shū, Yuki and Ishikawa if you didn't understand.)

'There's really no escape so I should just apologise to Hori properly...' I thought while we waited for Hori to come back from buying her lunch.

A few minutes later, the said girl finally came back. "Hello- oh. It's you! The girl who bumped into me. " Hori said, pointing at me as I gave an awkward smile.

"And about that, I'm sincerely sorry. I was really stressed about some things so I just ran..." I bowed, giving myself an internal pat on the shoulder for coming up with a decent excuse.

"O-oh. I didn't know that, I hope you're alright now." she pat my shoulder while smiling as I nodded.

"...well I should really get back now..." I suggested as I waved them goodbye.

"Bye! We'll see you next time right?" Yuki asked as I nodded.

Short timeskip!
"Ok class, settle down." the teacher walked in, hushing all the students. "I'm sorry to L/n who just joined us, but we'll be having a pair project today. I'm giving you guys a chance to choose your partners." she said as I sighed.

First thing that I noticed was that a ton of people started crowding around Remi, a girl whose name sounds very familiar but I just couldn't remember why.

"Ne, L/n san." Remi called. "Could you be my partner for this project?" she asked with a soft smile as I looked past her to see a crowd of people who were staring daggers at me. 'EHHH??!' I internally screamed.

"I-I...uhh..." I looked around.

There seems to be a chill girl at the corner of the room minding her own business, I should partner her instead so it'll be less chaotic.

But then again, Remi did ask me...it'll be rude to turn her down, besides, not everyone gets such an opportunity.
