Seokhoon & Rona ONESHOTS

V: Stay

"Rona, how are you doing now ?" One of Rona colleagues from high school asked.

"So far so good. Just a bit busy since I've been touring around the world very often now." Rona giggled as she sip her beer.

Today, CheongAh students' year 2020 was having a reunion. All of them attended the reunion, Eunbyeol, Jenny of course, Minhyuk, Seokkyung too. But her brother was no where to be found. She said that her brother was also busy with touring around the world for his concert.

"I heard what happened to you and Seokhoon. I'm sorry that it turns out that way." Seokkyung approach Rona as she hugs her.

"Things between us just ended there and there's nothing we can do anymore. He just fell out of love that's all so I can't really blame him and it was not his fault that I spend the time we were supposed to be together for my tour." Rona returned the hug, tightly as her tears suddenly was threatening to fall.

"Oh Seokhoon, you came." A colleague shouts.

That sentence separate both friends as both turned to see the latter, smiling very widely to see the person but both smiled turned into a furrowed and another turned into a sad smile. Indeed, the latter was not alone.

"Hey man, yeah. Sorry that I came late. Have you seen my sister ?" Seokhoon asked, hugging the girl beside him close to him.

"Seokkyung ? She's near the bar with your squad there." Seokhoon thanked the person and walked to the bar where the whole squad was there.

"Just tell him that I'm not here IF he asked." Rona turned and sat at a different spot, near the corner of the bar. Out of sight from everyone.

Even when she hides from Seokhoon sight, Seokhoon knew and felt that she was in the bar at the same time as him. Her perfume was too familiar to him so he began to searched for her, carefully not to make her nor other notice that he was searching for someone.

And he did found her, like I said before. She sat at the corner of the bar, away from people drinking her beer for more than 3 bottle already.

"Seokhoon dear, are you okay ? Who are looking for ?" Sujin, Seokhoon girlfriend asked as she also looked at where Seokhoon was looking but Seokhoon prevent her from looking as he pulled her to another place.

Rona felt like someone was staring at her so she looks around to find who was is when she saw that Seokhoon and the girl she brings to the reunion turned to go to somewhere else.

Again, her heart broke.

"Why do I felt so hurt when I was the one who didn't spend my precious time with him when I had the chance ?" Rona chuckled as she drank her 4th bottle of beer.

But someone stopped her as he grabbed her bottle.

"Stop drinking. You don't have anyone to drive you home." Seokhoon said as he sat beside Rona drinking her beer.

"What are you doing here ? Weren't you supposed to be with your girlfriend ?" Rona can't look at him because if she does, she will cry.

The only weakness that Rona has was Seokhoon himself. Throughout their relationship, Seokhoon was very gentle and sweet to her. He took care of both of them, showering her with love, supporting her throughout her career, being her strength in living.

But all of it now turns into nothing as they have already broken up a year ago.

"She doesn't know that you're and she's there sitting with the squad while Seokkyung asked me to come here to see you." Seokhoon lean back as Rona leaned forward but her head hang down.

Seokhoon looked at Rona back with adoring eyes. He knew he can't lie. He knew that very much.

Breaking up with Rona was the hardest thing he had ever done in his life. They were each other first love and moving on from each other was hard, that's a fact.

"How are you ?" Seokhoon open up after a moment of silence, still watching her back.

He heard Rona crying, he reached out to pat her hair but stop midway as a sudden realization hit him.

"I-I'm okay. Like you, I was also busy touring all over the world doing my concerts." Rona tried her best to answer his question without letting him notice that she was crying.

Again, the silence filled the 2 as both was in their world. Asking whether everything that they are doing was right or wrong.

"I'm sorry..." Rona started.

Seokhoon looked at Rona, tears building up. He put his full concertation on what Rona is about to say.

"I'm sorry for leaving you alone and left you alone when you needed me the most. I'm sorry for not being by your during your hardest time. You gave everything to me but I didn't give anything to you as a return. I only think about myself throughout our whole relationship. So, I want to say I'm truly am sorry, Seokhoon. For everything." Rona stood up, ready to leave again.

When a hand stopped her from leaving. Rona turned to looked at Seokhoon who was hanging his head low, just like Rona did earlier.

"Stay. This time I need you to stay with me throughout our journey together. I don't care if we're busy with each other concerts or what. I just need you to stay beside me, this time."

Rona didn't answer but she smiled at Seokhoon statement.

"I would gladly do that."
