"Ugh such an annoying sound, shut up already!" Aera kept slapping around her bed and nightstand trying to find her phone. The alarm didn't stop yet and Aera has finally woken up to get up and see her phone on the ground. Nowhere close to where she was hitting at.

"Fucking alarm, I will kill you." Aera said to her phone while throwing it away and jumping right back into bed. Grabbing the blanket and forcefully dragging it to her body and becoming a burrito.

After 10 minutes of that incident, she realized she couldn't fall back to sleep. She ended up getting up and checking her thrown phone which luckily didn't crack.

While she read these 4 messages, she couldn't help but smile until the last message. The guilt in her heart was overpowering her love.
"He's busy tho, he told me he has a comeback... I can't bother him."

Aera realized Chenle had to focus on his career, especially as an idol. Being with a non idol could ruin his image and career although his image he doesn't care for. "Whatever, focus on school Aera!" she mentally said. With her new friends around, she lost track of her old nerd self. She didn't realize the semester was ending already and her finals were not done.

When she entered the building, she got hit with the sudden thought of grades. "Shit, I forgot to do the accounting final." Aera went straight to the library as her class was canceled since the professor gave out the final and didn't want the kids to suffer. Such a nice professor.

She plugged in her music and turned on her do not disturb-mode. The minute she began typing and working on her test, she went out of the world. Her only thought was numbers and letters. Nothing else, the music ended up being paused as she deemed it distracting.

"Aera, you have two more you can do it! It's only essays you got this!" Aera said to herself. She hoped it was true and guess what. She finished all the finals right before her class started. She ran all the way across the building to get to her class. "Gosh, this building I wish it were smaller sometimes!" She wanted to stop and sit but she kept running to make it on time.

Once she reached the door, the professor was about to close and begin class. Luckily, she wasn't marked absent or late. "As this week is finals week here, I want you all to distress your minds today. Now I know you all want to get the heck out of here and trust me I do too. But unfortunately, I'm not allowed to let you guys out even though I want to soooo, I'll give you guys an extra credit opportunity right before I put your grades in. Most of you guys here all have A's or B's but if you are bored and want to do some light work I think you should do the extra credit."

"Hmm, might as well do it" Aera thought. 

"The assignment is to create a paragraph explaining what you'll do after finals! Seems easy enough right? If you are staying home and relaxing, just write it down! I only need about one-page max. I hope you guys are able to fulfill it. I'll play some music and you can chit-chat with friends or people around you if you'll like. But now I guess I'll let you get started."

"Okay it isn't that bad," She thought. "One more thing, if you finish, you can leave and enjoy your breaks. Even if you finish in one minute." The professor laughed.

Aera got to work since she just wanted to sleep and lay back in her bed. "What do I write...?"

Psychology 101

Finals break

To be honest, I'm not quite sure what I'll do after finals ends. I met a few friends who came to visit New York for a week or two but sadly they had to go back home. I wish they stayed since I enjoyed their company. It was nice being able to have friends in a way. I'll probably stay at home or go work at the cafe during my month's break. There isn't much to do for me besides I guess playing instruments, dancing, or painting. I really do have a lot of hobbies that I never thought about. I hope your week goes well Professor and your new students will not stress you out! Anyways, I guess that's what my month will look like. Staying home drawing, dancing, or playing my instruments and going outside to work at the cafe. Maybe you can give me locations to visit around NY, I haven't really explored, and with the month break. I'm sure I'll be out of my mind.

"Wow I really just wrote bullshit lol"

As soon as she submitted the assignment, she told her professor goodbye and wished him luck for the new semester which the professor did as well for Aera. When she left the building, she decided to check her phone and turn off do not disturb. She did not expect her phone to blow up for once.

Aera started feeling guilty, Chenle misinterpreted everything and she didn't mean for this! She immediately called him and began pacing around the front of the school waiting for him to answer and pick up.
