Mission

We drive for a bit seeing a woman, spitting fire. "Alex, Luna combine your witch powers, and Hope use your wolf side!" we nod as I grab Alex's hand to channel him "Ready," I ask "Ready" we start chanting the spell "Ictus!" we yell out.

"Hope come on do something!" Alex tells her. Hope comes with us to come to help us with some spells. I start singing my siren song. "What did you do?" Alex asks me, "The monster will not be able to be able to focus on us for a bit so we need to hurry!" they nod, as I nod too.

"Guys kill the monster now! I don't know how much longer I can keep the monster under my control!" Alex passes the knife to Hope, as she stabs the now dragon, in the neck. As they finished I stop the siren song.

Dr. Saltzman comes up to me "You did good, Luna thank you." I smile and nod. I realized I had a burn mark from the dragon I cover it with the sweater I brought. "You good Luna?" Hope asks, "Oh I'm fine." I give her a kind smile, well I wasn't lying I'd heal I'd be fine.

"Luna that was fantastic!" Alex exclaims, "Thanks, let's get to the school before I do pass out." I joke, as he chuckles lightly, we find out Landon and Rafael ran away. I go up to my dorm, to handle the burn on my arm.

Then someone knocks on my dorm, so I cover up the burn with a sweater, "Come in!" I see Hope coming in, "Hey?" I say to her. "Hi, I was hoping you would be rooming with me and Alex.." I chuckle.

"Yeah, maybe we could do something Hope" "I could ask Dr. Saltzman?" I smile at her, "That would be lovely Hope." she smiles as she leaves to go to talk to Dr. Saltzman. I lock my door to finally tend to the burn, but I see it's already healed so I unlock the door and go to read a book.

As I was reading I see Hope bursting in with a big smile on her face. "What happened Hope?" "You now officially mine and Alex's roommate!" I smile, "Amazing Hope." as I get back to reading. "What are you doing?" Hope asks, "Reading?" She grabs my hand dragging me to her dorm. "Oh, we are doing this now?"

She smiles "Yes we are." as we enter her dorm. Alex looks at us weirdly, I give him a look saying 'ask your sister' so he does, "Hope, what are you doing?" "She's our new roommate, hope you don't mind Al." I just stay silent looking down.

He looks at me then back at Hope "Of course not." I look at Hope "You know I don't do good with people, I'm going to return to my dorm see you later Hope." "Uh-uh, your staying." I sigh and force a smile. Hope eventually leaves leaving me and Alex alone.

"You okay Luna?" Alex asks me, "I'm fine." he gives me a look "My parents are dead and today is my mother's memorial, my uncle died too, I got my four aunts and two uncles left, but it was all my fault..."

"How?" "They died protecting me from an evil old spirit.." He looks at me with a sad smile "Trust me I lived my whole life thinking how my parents died the Hollow was my fault too, but it wasn't  and I pretended to be okay until I screamed, let it all out."

"You think I should scream let all of my anger out?" "I do it's good to let it out.." I nod to go do that as he comes with me. "Scream as loud as you can Luna." I nod and yell

After I yelled I felt great. "Good do you feel all that anger is gone, Luna?" "Yes just yelling it all out, let all my anger out, thank you Alex" I hug him he surprisingly hugs me back too.

We break apart and head to the dorms. As we enter we see Hope already back. "Where did you two go?" She asks us curiously.

"I had some bottled-up anger to let out so your brother taught me that to let out anger by screaming." Hope looks at Alex smiling. "You did good Alex." He nods as I turn to leave the dorm.

Hope goes after me. "Where are you going, you're our roommate now." "Hope I loved to share a dorm but I'm not good at talking with people so I think I'll just head to my dorm."

She can tell something is wrong with me so she leaves me to talk to Alex just perfect. "So what's going on?" "I didn't wanna disappoint her but friends aren't my thing people left me or died I just don't wanna get too close to someone you know?"

He nods smiling hugging me "this is also how we were people would leave us or die but we always had each other's back, so we have yours and you have ours ok?"

I nod melting into the hug. We break apart the hug and I kiss his cheek and go to look for Hope. As I go to walk away Alex pulls me back and kisses me on the lips, I kiss back before remembering Hope.

I pull back "why did you stop?" A confused and sad Alex asks me, "Hope, we can't do this.." he lets me go as I go to look for Hope.

I eventually go into the dorm to see Hope there "Hey Hope.." "Your back?" She looks shocked. "Yeah, your brother convinced me to see past my fear of people leaving me of dying on me." I chuckle.

"We'd never do that we're here for you.." she smiles at me. "I know but something happened Hope and I don't think you'd forgive me so easily.."

She looks confused giving me a sign to continue. "I kissed Alex.." "you kissed my brother?..." I nod as a tear slips through my eye. Alex then walks in to see the scene going on here.

"What happened who died?" He joked. "She kissed you and you kissed her back?!" "Hope.." she walked out of the dorm so upset.

"You covered for me why?" "Because I could never understand that sibling bond, all I know it's better she hates me I'll explain that you kissed back because you felt guilty if you turned me down."

I leave the dorm leaving a sad Alex Mikaelson
