Chapter 6

Y/N POV

It was my day off, so I did what I wanted to in the house

Aka walking around in my underwear and meditating

I went down the stairs with Nera on my shoulders holding her little amethyst. "What do you want to eat? You want steak I can make you some steak," I said putting her on the counter

'No' she meowed, "you want chicken then?" I asked and she nodded, laying down. I took the fish out of the freezer and put it in the sink, washing my hands

"Okay so-" I jumped, seeing Hades behind the counter with a small smile, his hands behind his back, "What are you doing here?" I asked putting my hand over my bruise

"I wanted to come see my favorite girl," he smiled, holding up a bouquet of black and white roses, "thank you," I smiled, reaching out for it but put my hand back quickly

I used my hair to cover my neck since it was freshly washed, my kinks and coils will cover it.

I walked around and took the roses, tippy toeing to give him a kiss on the cheek but he moved my hair behind my back, revealing the mark

His eyes glowed, staring at it furiously, "who did this to you?" He asked cupping my cheeks, "no one," I said turning on my heels to go upstairs

"Y/N we're not done talking," he said following me up the stairs, "I never said you were done, but I am," I said going into my room

I went into the second room and grabbed an empty vase, putting them in it.

He pulled me to his chest and held my face, "who did it?" He questioned, "Hades-""No, who did this to you?" He asked sitting on the bed, pulling me into his lap

"Aizawa," I whispered, "that Emo nerd?" He asked making me chuckle, "its not funny," he reprimanded making me laugh harder, "stop laughing," he bit back a smile, eventually caving into my laughter

"Emo nerd? Really?" I asked wiping my eyes, "that's the best way I remember him," he shrugged, putting his hands on my waist

"Hold on," I said reaching over for my Vaseline. I opened the container and put some on my finger, gently applying it to his lips

"The underworld's heat must be affecting your skin," I whispered cleaning around the edges. I closed the container, finding a small smile on his face

"What?" I questioned, "I'm just now noticing your red hair and the fact that you're half naked," he said making me get up, "see now you've made it weird," I said walking out

"And it's a copper and ginger mixture, not just red," I said taking out a pair of sweatpants and put them on, "same thing," he said from behind as I put a sweatshirt over my head

I turned, seeing him looking down on me, "don't you have people to torture?" I questioned going around him, "Apollyon has taken over for the day, said they wanted to know what it's like," he said following me back downstairs

"So you're staying?" I asked and he nodded, "for the day at least," he gave me a smile

"Can I take your coat?" I asked, gesturing to the black trench coat we was wearing. He nodded taking it off and handed it to me

It was so big I had to hold it with both hands as I walked to the coat rack and put it up

I put my hair up in a bun while walking to the sink, "I know you don't particularly like chicken, so what do you want?" I asked turning to him, "surprise me," he smiled making me roll my eyes
