After the war against Gaea, those part of the Seven seperated and went their own ways.
Frank and Hazel stayed at the new Camp Olympus to help make the new camp and create New Rome (where those retired could live), Jason went around building temples for every God and Goddess and Piper went with him as well and Leo also stayed at Camp Olympus helped build and became the new counsillor of Cabin 9 (the Haephastus Cabin).
One of the biggest surprises was Percabeth breaking up, both those of cabin 11 (Athena's Cabin) and Annabeth's mother believed that Percy broke up with Annabeth and broke her heart. But it was actually Annabeth that broke up with Percy and broke his heart.
Annabeth designed Camp Olympus and redesigned Olympus before staying there and becoming camp leader of Camp Olympus. Percy was offered Godhood again, but declined and instead asked that Hestia and Hades regained their seats on the Council. After Camp Olympus was built, Percy disappeared with a note left in the new Big House and Chiron, Blackjack and Mrs O'Leary informed.
