THE NEXT DAY FOR the family was quite pleasing to start with. Vision is in a magician's getup in the living room. He was also dressing as a magician to practice about their show for the committee later on. "Ladies and gentlemen, for my final trick, I bring you: The Cabinet Of Mysteries." as he waves his hands, but nothing comes out.

Mary comes down the stair, "I think that's your cue now, Mom" she reminded Wanda "Yes, darling. It's your cue"

"Did you say, "Cabinet of Mysteries"?"

"I said, 'The Cabinet Of Mysteries!'" then waving his hands again. This time, Wanda comes out with a large cabinet with her, identified as "The Cabinet of Mysteries" by the two. "Oh, that's my cue. Ooh!" Mary notices how large the box were "Holy cow! Wands, do all the other acts in the talent show have such elaborate props?"

"I agree with Mary, darling. Don't you think having this much tool would makes us less entertaining?" Vision agreeing with her.

"Well, Fred and Linda are building a moat and a fully-functioning portcullis and no one even knows why. I don't see the problem with ours" Wanda responded back to them. "Alright then, why don't you continue the show? It's really entertaining" Mary said, smiling.

"Thank you, sweetheart"

"Very well. Where was I- Um... Watch closely as I, Illusion, Master of Enigma, make my captivating assistant Glamour disappear!" He opens the cabinet and Wanda steps into the huge cabinet. "You really are dashing"

"Mm, Thank you, darling. Fear not, Glamour, for, Illusion vow to bring you back exactly as you are." he exclaimed. "Ooh" exclaimed Wanda from inside the cabinet, seconds later he closes the cabinet entrance "Abracadabra!" as he waves his wand at the cabinet, and opens it again, revealing Wanda is gone "Ta-da". Mary applause at the tricks her parents were doing.

Later on, Ruby came down the stairwell after waking up really late. "What are we clapping about?" she said half asleep whilst yawning. "Hi there, My all dressed up family? Wha- Why'd you wear that, Vis?" she questioned. Vision just gave her small smile before waving his wand. Ruby is in confusion.

After a moment, Wanda re-emerges from a hidden wall in the cabinet and do the same thing as their eldest daughter. Mary looked totally confused. "Yes, um, Wanda, you're not at all worried that the audience might just see through this little charade?" Vision asked "Well, that's the whole point! In a real magic act, everything is fake." she stated

"Ooh. So you're doing a magic show? How interesting." she said. "Oh yes, My dear," she get out of the cabinet "Darling, the talent show fundraiser is the most important event of the season, and it's our neighborly duty to participate. Plus, it's our chance to appear as normal as possible while doing so." she stated.

"Don't worry. Mom, dad. We do. We shall. And you're going to knock their socks off. Especially with you wearing this." She picks up the revealing outfit. "Oh, I think that's the rest of Vision's costume" Mary joked. "Oh." is all he said. Wanda checks her watch

"Well, I better get going if I'm gonna make the planning committee meeting."

"That's me off as well, actually. There's a gathering of the neighborhood watch at the public library. And after last night's excitement, I want to make sure this town's security is up to snuff."

"Well, I also have to go to school. Mary, can you take me, please?" she asked the older sister. "Sure, sissy" she smiled. Ruby rolled her eyes.

"Would you look at us? A family. Hawkins fitter-inners" Ruby stated, smiling.
