A POLICE CAR WAS in sight as the two cops looking straight to the town with an agent standing behind them. Moments later another car was seen pulling up near to the entrance of the town. A familiar woman came out of the car.

The agent noticed the woman "James E. Woo, F.B.I" he greeted and making his way to her, pulling out a card in some kinda magic trick type away.

"Monica Rambeau, S.W.O.R.D." she's making her way to him and taking his card, took a glance at it.

"What's the story, Agent Woo?"

"I've got a witness set up down the road in here, and this morning, it looked like he flew the coop." he explains

"Your missing person is in the Witness Protection Program?"

"I have contacted know associates, relatives-" he explains before getting interrupted by Monica.

"Let me guess, none of them have seen him either?"

"Nope. None of them have ever heard of him, Something seemed hanky to me, so I took the first flight out of Oakland to interface with local law enforcement, which is when I encountered a new wrinkle." he stated

"What is that?" she asked as the agent called out the two cops by nodding his head. They walk over the two.

"Pardon me, Sheriff, would you mind repeating your claim about this town, Hawkins to my colleague here?"

"Used to be a place, but it's gone now" he remarked, but the "Welcome to Hawkins" sign were right behind them, Monica took a glance at the sign.

She raised an eyebrow in confused "You're saying the town of Hawkins, Indiana, doesn't exist anymore?" she questioned

"It's what I keep telling you G-Man here, but he won't listen?" one of the cops stated "I see. And, um, I'm sorry, what town are you from?"

"Derry"

Jimmy and Monica looked at each other confusingly "Thank you, Sheriff. I'll reach out if we need any further assistance." Jimmy told them.

The two cops went to their car and get out of the place "I, uh, pulled phone numbers for all the residents. I'm only through the Ds, but so far I got Diddly Squat"

"So, you can't reach anyone inside, and everyone on the outside has some sort of selective amnesia?" she asked

"This isn't a missing persons case, Captain Rambeau, it's a missing town. Estimated population is 3033" he explained "Why haven't you gone inside to investigate?" she asked again

"Cause it doesn't want me to, You can feel it too, can't you?" he said

The both of them stared down the road into the town, feeling overly curious about what's going on with the town. Moments later, Jimmy spoke again "Nobody's supposed to go in"

Monica went to her car and pop her trunk and taking out a small drone. She puts it on the ground and taking the remote control with her "What do you mean, nobody? Why can't anybody went in?" she looks at him and began to fly the drone.

"Is it because we are outside of a certain radius, or maybe because we don't have a personal connection?" she questioned, Jimmy only hummed in response.

She flies the drone near the area. She brings the drone to the invisible border making the camera view of the drone begins to get static. They look up to see that the drone's missing. "Wait where'd it go?"
