Rose spended several nights and day thinking,
" Should i tell him now or Should i wait" Yes or No Is the only word in her head But it suddenly hit her. One way or another Tails will find out, once he started changing he will. And it would be better if he would find out about it from me, Also he should acknowledge it . Rose waited impatiently for Tails to come home, Walking around the house, Tapping her fingers on the table, Some moments when she bit her fingernails wllhile walking back and forth i front of the door. Because waiting only makes time go slower, She decided to bake cookies while waiting for her son, this way she won't notice the time.

After a couple of hours Rose finally finished 2 batches of delicious cookies, The door suddenly opened, Rose ears shot up as she quickly went to see who it was, She know who it is she just really felt like she needed to check. It was Tails but something was odd, Small drop of tears slowly falls down from his cheecks and his clothes... Rose took a good long look at Tails , Thousands of questions started entering rose head, As she looked at the blood on Tails clothes she started tearing up. The only words that came out of her mouth was.

"What happened ?!!" This caught Tails grandparent's who was having a good sleep, They slowly stood up and went downstairs to see what was going on, Only to find Tails in a current situation, This made the two froze by the sight. Rose ran to her little boy hugging the pain away. She knew what happened to her little boy but she cant do anything about it.
"Mom im fine i promise its not as bad as it seemed " Tails tried to calm his mother down.
"Im sorry Im so so so sorry that you have to go through this.....This is just to much for you" This made Tails confuse .Yes, being bullied is a big deal but Tails feels like there's something else ,
Rose sat down the couch so did Tails and her parents, they are as confused as Tails is right  now, Wanting some answers they waited for her to talk. She held her son's soft hand, and gazed upon that confuse fox. And then Rose opened her mouth and spoke.

"Darling you are very special , Your unique and im very greatful to have you, I love you so much my dear." This statement from Rose didn't made Tails feel any better "But im afraid you are too different from others." Tails couldn't wait any longer and bursted the words in his heart. "Mom! Ive always been different i have twin Tails! ,No dad! and ive been discriminated for looking like a girl!  Im a freak of a show!!! What else could make it worse?!" Deep inside Tails he regretted yelling but it was already done. "Your a hermaphrodite !!" Tails eye grew wider in disbelief and his heart just dropped and broke down into a million pieces making it impossible to be whole again. He slowly stood up, his face frozen with the same shocked emotion
Rose wanted to take the pain out of her son's heart and just put it in hers. Days turned into weeks, Weeks turned into months, Months into years.
Tails finally accepted what he really is. But to add a little twist. Rose is secretly updating Sonic and Shadow about Tails, Like what he really is, His friends, special events, and mostly about how Tails is. Tails also writes his diary on different books, Rose who is secretly reading it then sends it to Sonic and Shadow. Not to mention that Tails studied how to defend hiself and became very independent Ever since he found out what he really is, Also to protect his friends from bullies. On the other hand Rose and the two hedgehogs kept on exchanging letters till the moment came that The three of them finally stepped forward and became a senior students.
