Sorry for making this so late!! Also i've decided to split this up into three parts

Narrator's pov : You've been hanging out with Brett for a while , so you decided to ask him out . First thing in the morning !

Around 4:00 am

(Y/n's) pov : Well , today's the day . I thought while taking my seat at the table . A couple minutes later I saw brett take his seat . I turned around and said ' Hi Brett . ' " Hello , (Y/n)!" 'Um .. I have something to ask you .' "What is it?" Well ... it's too late to back down now. ' I wanted to ask ... if you'd maybe want to go out with me sometime ? ' "Sure, It's a date !"
