You stepped into his house or whatever it was and went upstairs. There was Itto, staring out the window.
'Hey, Itto. You ok?' you asked.
'Oh, Chiyumi. I'm good. The stuff at Araumi didn't go as planned, so I'm stumped. How are you?'
'The delinquents are gone for good! Miss Chisato from the Kanjou Commission told me.'
Itto's face lit up temporarily, before going back to the saddened expression it was before. He slightly blushed and then sighed.
'That's..great, Chiyumi. I just, really need to tell you something..' Itto said, almost sobbing, 'I-I..I've been planning to tell you this ever since we've had our first convo in this v-very room..I..I just..' Itto blushed a bit harder, tears streaming down his tattooed cheeks.

'I love you, Chiyumi.'

You were taken aback by his words, and you couldn't be even more happier. Because, you did too. You loved Arataki Itto. The Oni gentleman that saved you from being hurt.
'I love you too, Itto.'
He looked at you and he started to sob. Really hard.
'There, there, my little Oni..aww..' you said teasingly. But at the same time you were shocked at how you sounded just like Guuji Yae.
'Oh my Shogun, I'm gonna havta tell the gang, my grandmother, Kujou Tengu, Ayato, Guuji Yae..'
He started listing all the people he could think of.
'-and Taroumaru! How's that?'
'Ok firstly, how are you gonna tell Taroumaru? He..he's a dog-'
'If he can understand Thoma then he can understand me surely..'
'Of course he will. And anyways do you think Sara or Yae Miko would care? What if one of them tries to fight us?' you asked.
'I know they too have Electro Visions, but your like..better at it than them!'
'You mean..with the Vision? Uhh..I don't think I've told you, but elemental mastery isn't my thing. I know I use a catalyst, but yknow, I only use it to levitate stuff towards me and all that simple stuff..'
'Ok, *that* aside, how about we celebrate? I heard there's gonna be a festival soon on that island, so maybe Sayu and Ayato could come, huh?' Itto asked happily.
'And if Sara ends up being there?' you asked cheekily, levitating what seemed to be a pendant from your mother with your catalyst.
'Then the Tenryou Commission is just a bunch of samurais who stalk people! And Onis.'
'And Onis!' you cheered.
You both then decided to discuss what your going to do at the festival.
'-and that's all, right?' you asked.
'Yeahh no. We'll ask Yoimiya to put a firework show at the end!' Itto exclaimed.
'Ugh, ok. Luckily, Ayaka knows Yoimiya so she can sort it out,' you replied.
A knock then thrashed on the door. It was Kuki Shinobu, one of the gang's members.
'Hey boss, Chiyumi,' said Shinobu, smiling slightly.
'Hey Shinobu!' you replied joyously.
'Heyyy Shinobu! Guess what, me and Chiyumi, we're-'
'Ok, Itto, I bet at this point it's obvious to the entire gang that we're together.'
Shinobu looked at you and Itto, and then blushed as a way of showing sympathy.
You looked back at Shinobu happily.
'Ok..maybe I'll give more details about the Araumi incident a bit later-'
'No, don't worry! Say all you want!' Itto yelled.
'Chiyumi, are you interested?' Shinobu asked.
'Go for it,' you reassured her.
'Ok so, we were doing the usual plan but then some ronin from Jinren Island pulled up outta nowhere and just started attacking us! We fought back, obviously, and then like..6 or 7 Kairagis were there! We tried fighting, but they screwed everything else up, so we had to leave.'
'Kairagi..I hate 'em,' Itto stated angrily.
Another gang member rushed upstairs.
'Boss, there's a Sangonomiya guy at our door.'
'Sangonomiya?' Itto questioned, getting up to go downstairs.
There stood a soldier with a dog's ears and tail. He looked at Itto, trying not to get intimidated, and he sighed.
'Arataki Itto, I am truly sorry for the mess caused by Bourou Village a couple weeks back. It was not right for our samurai to judge you. I hope you except I, General Gorou's, apology,' the dog guy said sadly.
'General Gorou? The puppers that fights on Yashiori Island?' Itto asked.
'Yes, I am a high-ranking general of Watatsumi Island, and I fight on the front line on Nazuchi Beach. In addition to that, I'm not a ''puppers''.'
'Damn, can't even take a joke, eh? Screw that, you are a soldier after all. But, back to the point, I forgive ya,' Itto replied.
Gorou smiled happily and retreated back to Watatsumi Island.
The next day was the day of the festival, and Itto wasn't at the gang headquarters. Infact, he was staying at his grandmother's. You never expected Itto to have any human relatives until he revealed to you that Granny Oni (that's what he calls her) took him in when he was quite young.
You went up to the door at exactly the same time Itto walked out.
'O-oh! Chiyumi! Glad to see ya here! Since today's the festival, I contacted Ayato n Sayu, and they can come. Ayaka and Yoimiya will be coming too, and so will Thoma with Taroumaru.'
'Great!' you exclaimed, 'may I say hello to your grandma?'
'If you wanna, sure! She knows a *lot* about you, purely from me, of course,' Itto replied. You walked in and saw an old lady on a chair reading something. She looked up and smiled.
'Oh! Itto, this must be the significant other! Chiyumi, dear, welcome, welcome! Aren't you going with Itto to the festival on Amakane Island?' she started to yammer on.
'Y-yes! It's very nice you meet you, by the way!' you said abruptly.
'Oh, dear, it's so wonderful to see you too. Itto has told me all about you, and how you stood up for him when you were on Watatsumi Island; you two were made for each other!'
After a short conversation with Itto's grandmother, you and your new boyfriend went to get Ayato, Sayu, Ayaka, Yoimiya, Thoma and Taroumaru.
'Alright! We're at the festival! Everyone, let's get a mask, shall we?' Thoma asked happily, Taroumaru jumping around him.
'Of course, after all, I haven't been to a festival ever since the Traveller and Paimon have kindly invited me to one,' Ayaka replied.
After everyone has got a mask, Ayato asked Yoimiya a question: 'Yoimiya, where is a nice spot to dine at this festival? Sayu's getting tired and I'm not letting her off without her getting a snack at the least.'
'Oh, the ramen place down there has suuuper good food! From normal ramen, to fried tofu- Itto, are you ok? You shuddered the moment I mentioned fried tofu,' Yoimiya said.
'Don't mind him, he's an Oni, he's allergic to beans, so maybe he and Taroumaru could just relax near the lanterns?' you questioned. Itto agreed to that and Taroumaru jumped into his hands.
The ramen was very good, and Ayato and Thoma had an eating contest! You wished you and Itto could have some kind of cute ramen date moment, but of course, you're not gonna force it. Allergies are allergies, and no one can control them.
'Hey Sayu! Was the food good-oh. She's asleep..' Yoimiya sighed.
'Mmm! The food is excellent,' Ayaka stated proudly.
'HA! I beat you, my lord!' Thoma yelled, Ayato sighing as a form of showing that he's irritated.
After that, you all went to join Itto and Taroumaru near the lanterns, and Yoimiya started her fireworks show.
Sayu performed her ninjitsu, which was unexpected.
'Hey, Itto.'
'Yeah?'
'I think this would be the perfect spot for a date..'
'You think so?'
'Of course. I love Amakane Island.'
'S-so do I..'
And for the first time in your relationship with the Oni gang leader, you two had your first kiss.
Along with that, Yoimiya set off a red and purple firework, just for you two.

'Yes, it was the best moment of my life, Sojiro. Your dad and I were very happy in that moment.'
