"You know you're basically kidnapping me, right?"

I looked to my right once I stopped at a red light. "Well, it isn't really kidnapping since you voluntarily got in the car, angel."

She rolled her eyes at me. "Don't tempt me." She looked back at me with a confused face, then faced the road once she realized what I was talking about.

"We're almost there."

"Almost where?" She asked.

"You'll see once we get there." She groaned. "You are so impatient." I pointed out to her.

"Yeah, I am. Problem?" She questioned me.

I just continued to drive to a spot I could park at.

"This is it?" She questioned.

"Yup." I turned my head towards her. "What?"

"No, nothing. Just thought you were bringing me to woods to end up killing me."

I chuckled.

"Oh, ...now why would I do that, when I haven't had my time with you."

"Whatever." She scoffed.

"What's the deal with your brother though?"

Nathan and I didn't always hate each other but things had changed after we got to a certain age. Things that normal people didn't go through.

"Nothing." I tried to make her drop the subject.

"That was not just nothing based on what I saw, that was like hatred."

"It's complicated."

She took a good look at my face. "Fine. You could tell me later if you ever get the chance."

Nathan had came home all bruised up. It was three in the morning and there he was on the floor cuts all over his face and bruised up knuckles.

"What the fuck?"

"Shut up. I don't want you waking up mom or Darcy."

"What the fuck have you been doing?"

A guy came in our door. "Who the fuck?" I'm so fucking confused right now, who the hell was this guy walking into our house.

The guy approached Nathan. "We took care of  everything."

"Good.", Nathan grunted.

He tried getting up and was obviously worn out. I made my way next to him and helped him to a chair.

"Are you gonna tell me what's happening?" I asked.

He glanced at me debating on whether to tell me or not. I waited there patiently.

He sighed. "I guess you were gonna know someway, might as well tell you now. Since dad has died, you know I had to take things into my own hands." He paused.

He took a while to continue. Whatever he was about to tell me I knew this shit was serious.

"Pass me the First Aid Kit first." I went over to the kitchen sink and got the first aid kit underneath. I walked back and handed it to him.

Nathan opens the kit getting the bandages and alcohol wipes out.

"Dad had been involved in some serious shit, which I figured out the day of his funeral. Since I was the oldest, it was my turn to step into his position."
