Sebastian fumed as he stalked along the catwalks above the stage. He stepped through the hidden door that lead to the domed celling. "DID I NOT INSTRUCT THAT BOX FIVE WAS TO BE KEPT EMPTY!?" His voice echoed through the theatre and everyone went silent. "He's here! The phantom of the opera." Lizzy said. "It's him." You said looking up.

"Your part is silent! Little toad!" Grell screeched at you. "A toad madame? Perhaps it is you, who are the toad." Sebastian whispered. Grell stepped of to stage left and was attended to by her many servants. She returned to center stage after a moment and smiled sickly. "All is good. Maestro, if you please." The song continued as normal for a good moment, then it all went south.

"You cannot speak! But kiss me in my AGUGH!" Everyone in the audience laughed, she tried the line again but with a worse result. Aberline and Randal rushed on stage as the curtain closed, Grell running off dramatically. "Ladies and Gentleman! We apologize, the performance will continue in ten minutes time, when the role of the countess will be played by Miss Daae!" There were cheers as Randall dragged your forward.

He then shoved you behind the curtain, rushing you to get ready. Madame Red wrapped an arm around you and started towards the dressing room.

"Until then, we would praise your indulgence for a few moments. Meanwhile, we would like to give you the ballet, from act three of tonight opera." Aberline said nervously before him and Randall ducked behind the curtain. Ciel watched from box five as the chaos ensued. Dancers rushed to ready themselves for the ballet, while set pieces were moved off stage.

Sebastian tracked the stage hand along the cat walks, eventually catching him as he tripped. He wrapped the noose around his throat and pulled, dropping the dead man onto the stage. Dancers and audience members screamed. Ciel shot up out of his chair and Sebastian admired his work. The Earl ran backstage, grabbing your hands. "Are you alright?!" "Ciel we're not safe here."

"Ladies and gentlemen, please do not panic! It was an accident! Simply and accident!"

You ran up several staircases and through many hallways to avoid the demonic man, Ciel following close behind. "Why have you brought me here?" He asked but followed you nonetheless.

"We can't go back there..."

"We must return."

"He'll kill you! His eyes will find us there!"

"(Y/N) don't say that!"

"Those eyes that burn."

"Don't even think it."

"He has to kill a thousand men!"

"Forget this waking nightmare!"

"The phantom of the opera will kill and kill again!

"This phantom is a fable believe me! There is no phantom of the opera!"

"My god who is this man? Who hunts to kill."

"My god who is this man! This mask of death."

"I can't escape from here. I never will."

"Who's is this voice you hear?"

"And in this labyrinth, where night is blind, the phantom of the opera is here!"

"Inside my mind."
"Inside your mind."

You opened the door to the roof and Ciel stepped outside, followed shortly by you. There had been a red rose tied with black ribbon waiting for you in your dressing room. It was now clutched between your fingers.

"There is no phantom of the opera."

"Ciel I've been there! To his world of unending night. To his world where the daylight dissolves into darkness, darkness. Ciel I've seen him! Can I ever forget that sight? Can I ever escape from that face, so distorted, deformed, it was hardly a face in the darkness, darkness. But his voice filled  my spirit with a strange, sweet sound. In that night, there was music in my mind. And through music my soul began to soar."

You looked out at the city, staring at nothing in particular. "And I heard as I had never heard before."

"What you heard was a dream and nothing more."

"Yet in his eyes, all the sadness of the world. Those pleading eyes that both threaten and adore."

He stood there, hidden behind one of the many sculptures on the roof, listening to every word you said.

Ciel started walking toward you, "(Y/N), (Y/N)..."

"(Y/N)."

You were shaking as Ciel wrapped his arm around you from behind, then took your hand and guided you towards him. You stared into his eyes and dropped the rose.

"No more talk of darkness forget these wide-eyed fears. I am here, nothing can harm you. My words will warm and calm you. Let me be your freedom, let daylight dry your tears I'm here, with you, beside you, to guard you and to guide you."

"Say you'll love me every waking moment. Turn my head was talk of summertime. Say you'll need me with you now and always. Promise me that all you say is true. Love me, that's all I ask of you."

He hugged you tightly.

"Let me be your shelter. Let me be your light. Your safe, no one will find you. Your fears are far behind you."

"All I want is freedom a world with no more night. And you always beside me to hold me and to hide me."

" than sales share with me One love one lifetime let me lead you from your solitude say you need me with you here beside you. Anywhere you go, let me go too. (Y/N) that's all I ask of you."

"Say you'll share with me one love, one lifetime. Say the word and I will follow you."

"Share each day with me each night each morning."

"Say you love me."

"You know I do."

"Love me that's all I ask of you."

Ciel pressed his lips to yours as snow fell around the two of you. He wrapped his arms around your waist and spun you around, lips still connected.

"Anywhere you go, let me go too. Love me, that's all I ask of you."

You kissed him again.

"I must go, they'll wonder where I am. Come with me Ciel."

"(Y/N) I love you."

Hands interlocked, you both walked to the door.

"Order your fine horses be with them at the door."

"And soon you'll be beside me."

"You'll guard me and you'll guide me."

You both walked inside, prompting Sebastian to step out from his hiding place and picking up the rose.

"I gave you my music. Made your song take wing and now how you've repayed me. Denied me and betrayed me. He was found to love you, when he heard you sing. (Y/N)."

Sebastian cried as he clutched the rose in his gloved hand. The echo of you and Ciel's voices in his head haunted him. He crushed the fragile petals of the flower, making them fall onto the snow like blood.

"You will curse the day you did not do, all that the phantom asked of you!"
