"Find her" Zach said, I stretched out my wings and flew up as high as I look, flying right above the woods searching for Alissa. It had been a week with absolutely no sign of Alissa what's so ever.
I knew she was around, Jarryd said that he had heard whispers around saying that Alissa had been seen, but none of us had the slightest idea of where she was.
There was no sign of her anywhere, I was starting to get tired but I wasn't going to give up yet. We had to find her, we had to know why she had abandoned us.
Two hours went by, and nothing. Finally I landed in a tree to rest, I could see Jonathan and Jarryd running patrol from where I was, it was already getting dark.
Quickly I turned my head at a shadow that caught my attention, I knew something was watching me from near the tree, hidden in the darkness, so I flew down to the ground and looked around.
I couldn't see very well, I knew who I needed. I flew over to Jonathan and Jarryd and motioned for them to follow me, they looked at each other then followed me but when I returned to the spot, nothing was there.
I mentally growled and looked around, Jonathan and Jarryd just stared at me as if I were crazy, something was telling me that Alissa was the shadow watching us, but I wasn't completely sure.
