There was silence in the air for a brief moment. I took in what Yuji told me. "I know this is a lot to take in but-" I stood up and punched him across the face. "WHY DIDN'T YOU TELL ME?! THAT I WAS THE CAUSE OF MOM'S DEATH! THAT I HAVE BEEN LYING TO ADO-SAN! THAT I'M NOT EVEN FULLY BLOOD-RELATED TO YOU! THAT I AM THE CAUSE OF EVERYTHING FALLING APART!" I yelled at him. I felt tears fall down my face. I didn't want to be there anymore. I grab my bag and whatever that I needed. "W-Where are you going?" He asks as he tried to get up. "I'm leaving. I don't want to stay with you anymore." I walked out of the room and saw Don. He looks away with a sad look on his face. I put my hand on his shoulder. "Take care of him for me. Will ya?" I ask. He gives a nod, but I can tell that he didn't want me to leave. "Use the money to get away from here. Get out of Japan. Move somewhere peaceful." Those were my last words to him before completely walking out of the apartment. My leg wasn't fully healed, but I had enough energy to quickly get away.

I was lost. Lost in my head. I stop at an alleyway and place my fist against the wall. I'm the cause of everything. I killed mom. I killed Jason. I killed Leon ( the brother). I'M A MONSTER!! I punched the wall out of frustration, rage, and sadness. I felt my fist in pain and I fell to the ground. I look up at the dark sky. I should've died, not them. I didn't know where to go. I have no home. I don't want to see Ado-san after uncovering the horrible thing I did to her grandson. I didn't want to see Ran and Rindo after figuring out that they made me steal from my brothers. I was alone. . .something that should've happened a long time ago. I felt tired and began to close my eyes. Though, I saw a dark silhouette loom over me. "You're a handful even when you're not around." That is what they said before I passed out.

----

I groan as I began to wake. I open my eyes and hiss as a bright light was above me. I put my hands up to cover it. Where the hell am I? "Oh good, you're awake." I sat up and turn my head. "Who the hell are you and where am I?" I ask. They walk a bit closer to the light. "How rude of you of not knowing your brother." He said. My eyes widen as I saw the black mask over his face.

As I went inside the office, the one object that struck me was the black mask display behind the desk. I look back in the file to see that this guy was part of a gang. Maybe worst than a gang since he dealt with chemicals. Yet he was still a cop.

"Haruki," I said lowly. He chuckles and claps. "Well done! I knew you wouldn't forget about me. Even after you paid a visit to my home without my consent." I back away a bit as he tried to touch my head. "Don't be so distant now. We're family. Criminals. Unwanted people. We're both the same." He said. "We're not the same. We're not family either." I told him. "Hmm, so you finally found out?" He turns away and shrugs. "Oh well, it was bound to happen at some point. That doesn't change the fact that we're both hurting." I raise a brow at him. "I may have been the firstborn, but I was weaker than the rest of our brothers. Heck, you were even stronger than me! You weren't the only one who was suffering." He flicks on a light switch. I look at the wall to see the art illustration on it. "What is that?" I ask. "Hmm? Oh, this? This was something of my imagination. The seven kings and the one queen." I look at it. Each of us had our code name. I found mine and it had Ghost. Yuji's had Shadow. "You and Yuji resembled mom and dad the most. It was befitting to let you two have their code names." I found Leon's and he had a red x over his face. "It wasn't your fault that you killed him. He was always on edge and was unstable. He was probably going to end his own life in the end anyway." I saw Haruki pick up a needle with some sort of liquid. "The hell are you going to do to me?" I ask as got ready to defend myself. "Relax. I'm not going to use this on you." He puts it into a black case. "This is something that will help you restart your own life. Only when you need it at the right time. This will temporarily kill you." He hands me the case. "Contact me when you decide to use it. I'm the only one who can bring you back." He said. I stare at the case and card. "How can I trust you?" I ask. He takes off his mask and smiles. "I may have been a sh*tty brother back then." He starts. I raise a brow making him laugh bashfully. "Okay, I was a terrible brother, but this is my apology to you. By giving you a fresh start." He says. He puts his mask back on and turns away. "You can leave now. I have a few guests coming over." He says. I nod and began to walk out. "Hold up." I stop and turn to him. "Stay safe, little sis." He tells me. I took a deep breath and nodded. "You too," I reply.

I walk out and took a deep breath of the cold air. Now, where should I go? I then remember one number I can call.

"Hello?"

"I need a place to stay."

"Hehe, anything for my knight."
