This is sort of meant to explain why these two didn't kiss or touch at the hospital in 18x07, as I imagine this to be set the day before the morning where they walk into the hospital in 18x07. Or maybe a couple of days before, depending on how long Meredith stayed in Minnesota this time.

"Could you please stop smiling like that? Or everyone will know we slept together!" Meredith hissed under her breath at Nick as they walked into the hospital together. It was highly likely people who saw them would be suspicious anyway without the stupid silly grin on his face. After all they were walking just that little bit closer to each other than two co workers even friends did. And the way he kept looking at her and she felt her cheeks grow warmer from it. Maybe she was was just too used to be the subject of gossip that it made her think everyone would notice, and they really wouldn't but she still needed him to stop grinning like that at her, because that was surly gonna give them away very quickly.

"It is hard not to smile after the way you woke me up this morning, so it is actually your own fault. I didn't make you wake me up with a blow job..." He grinned back at her while he waggled his eye-brows at her. He was such a bastard now and she couldn't help herself from punching his upper arm in annoyance. Though she also felt herself blush a little of the memory he referred to.

She had woken up cuddled against his side. Their legs a tangled mess that made her smile. She felt relaxed and contend. She could feel the way his chest moved with his breathing under her hand. For a moment she just lay there and studied him. She was tempted to touch his face, but she knew it would wake him. She let her eyes drift over him and she bit her lip to keep from smiling as her eyes settled on his morning erection, covered by the sheets, but still firm enough to see through them. She grinned to herself as the idea formed in her head. She hadn't gotten to taste him as she had desired last night, but now seemed to be the perfect chance for just that. She sneaked under the covers and positioned her head over his groin. Meredith let her hand curl around him, so she held Nick's erection in her hand, gently stroking it up and down before she covered its tip with her mouth. She felt him slowly grow firmer at her touch as she cupped his balls with her free hand. His loud groan told her he was awake, and she pushed the sheets back, so she could watch his face. Nick's eyes shot open the second she took him deeper into her mouth and sucked hard down on him. She slid him all the way back out to only suckle and lick his tip for a moment like she was eating a lollipop. She stroked him firmly up and down eliciting an almost animalistic growl from him as his fingers laced through her hair pushing it back from her face, so their eyes met again.

"Meredith! Fuck!", he groaned as he tangled his fingers in her hair.

"Good morning", she teased him in a singsong voice. She wanted him begging her for relief in a moment, but right now she just wanted to play coy with him.

"Good Morning, in deed. Meredith, you are wicked." He groaned, and she laughed.

"Are you close?" She asked as she ran her tongue around his tip in a long slow move, while she pulled lightly at his balls.

"So, fucking close. Faster!" He groaned at her as he tried to guide her head a bit down on him, but she held back. Instead she stopped sucking him all together and smiled up at him.

"You didn't say please..." She grinned and bit her lip as she pretended to pout.
Nick stared at her in shock, frustration alongside lust, in his eyes. She knew he was throbbing for release likely seconds away from coming, however she wanted to see him beg her. Wanted to see that he really had no issue with her being in charge like this, to hold this power over him. To literally hold his balls in her hands.
