Chapter 1 the beggining

Cassandra woke up one Saturday morning ready for anything to come her way. Cassandra runs down stairs to find a note and some pancakes drenched in syrup. The note was from her mom it said

Dear, Cassandra
Sorry I was not here when you woke up. I had a very important meeting. And I left you some pancakes for breakfast. I also need you to go to the store and get
Milk,eggs,bread,and potatoes.
Love, mom.

Cassandra was surprised when she read the note her mom was a scientist and barely ever had meetings and the writing didn't look like she wrote it this morning. So Cassandra got out her phone and texted her mom. Her mom said,"my meeting just ended and I won't be home till 4:30."Cassandra looked at the clock 9:15. Her mom never worked so much.

Cassandra decided to take a walk. But don't think she wasn't prepared she had a pocket knife, a phone, trail mix, and a flashlight. When she got home a new car was in her drive way. She walked up and a man stepped out and said,"you are coming with me." So she was shoved in the car. Next thing she new she was tide up to a chair in a dark room.

But she had her knife and cut through the rope. Next she took out her flashlight. As Cassandra walked around she realized the only way out was a door. But the door was not on the ground it was half way to the ceiling. But there was also bars she jump up grabbed a bar and swung acrossed them until she got to the door.

When she opened the door there were at least 12 men and one stepped up and said,"we're here to talk about your mom." "But why my mom is just a scientist" Cassandra said a little confused. Then her mom stepped out of the crowd and said,"no honey I'm a spy.
