Science Bros! The Adventures of Tony and Bruce

"Married"

(Based on a tumblr comic I saw)

Steve heard static in his ear for a moment before a voice broke through. I was a bit hard to hear but Steve could hear what Falcon was saying,
"Cap, Iron man. Magneto's at this hotel- top level. Find out what he's up to." Steve elbowed Tony.
"What's the deal?" He asked.
"Top floor," Steve answered.
"Yeah but what room do we need?"
Steve held up a finger, signaling Tony to wait. He reached up to his ear and pressed his fingertip to one of the buttons.
"What floor?" He asked. He heard static for a moment before Clint's voice broke through.
"See if you can get a hold of room 987, it's directly next to Magneto's" The static cut off suddenly.
"987"
"Alright I'll go ask." Tont walked up to the receptionist's desk. She was staring down at her computer typing fiercely and she only looked up when Tony cleared his throat loudly. Steve had to restrain himself from smacking his own forehead. God Stark could be an ass sometimes.
"Hello sir, how can I help you?" She asked politely.
"Can I possibly book room 987? For two please?" The woman chuckled softly.
"I'm sorry sir, that's the honeymoon suite, reserved for married couples on-"
"We're married!" Steve blurted out. Tony froze for a moment in shock before he began to go along with it.
"Oh yeah we're super married," Tony agreed. Steve nodded quickly, his eyes were wide and he was blushing up a storm. Tony put his arm around Steve's shoulder.
"Yes that's right h-honey," Steve stammered. Steve suddenly began to notice the snorts and histarical laughter coming from the device in his ear. Steve could hear Clint laughing like a hyena so much so that he thought he was crying. Falcon was snorting and chuckling right along with him.
"This is painful to watch," Natasha retorted.
"Honey cakes, you go on up and I'll meet you in our room," Tony said winking at Steve. Steve blushed furiously and walked away stiffly. The reseptionist smiled and then handed Tony his room key.
"You did this on purpose," Natasha accused Clint.
"You can thank me at their wedding."
