Walking into the old residence, I stop in front of my room door digging through my bag to get my key.
"Have fun?"
I jump startled and turn to see Namjoon.
"Um, yeah." I say continuing through my bag.
"Do you, maybe want to grab a drink with me on the rooftop? Don't take it personal but I like to get to know the people I'm staying with."
He holds up the bag with the drinks inside. I can't seem to find my key fast enough anyways so why the hell not?
"Yeah, sure."
The view of the sky is beautiful as the sun has now set.
"Beautiful isn't it?" Namjoon says from beside me and I nod silently sipping on the beer he gave me.
"It definitely feels better out here than inside."
Mrs. Kim still hasn't gotten the AC fixed and it's hot as balls in there.
"Yeah, she seems to not be on time for anything. She's been claiming the remodeling for the womens floor to be complete soon but I've never seen not one construction worker up there." Namjoon comments.
"It's weird cause before I came here she lied to me saying the womens floor was available. I mean I don't mind sharing floors with the others but why lie ya know?"
"She's a little weird to me, then again everyone who stays here is."
What does he mean by that?
I give an awkward laugh. "What do you mean?"
He shrugs drinking more of his beer not answering my question.
I look back into the sky, the suns now officially gone replaced by a dark sky. "It's getting later I should probably head inside."
"You didn't finish your drink."
"I have work tomorrow it's probably not good for me to drink this." I say and he nods. "Alright, I'll see you tomorrow Y/n."
I give a slight nod and head back down to my room.
He seems like a decent guy but there's something off about him. The way he talks about things as if there's something he knows. Like it has a double meaning.
Deciding to shrug it off I go into my room and get ready for bed.
Y'all this chapter short as balls but It's because I got writers block midway and there's no where I can go from here but next chap I'll make it up to y'all I promise!!!
