Was he really there? If so, why?

Flashback

As I'm leaving the police station I look across the street seeing Namjoon.

Completely shocked I just stand stare but as soon as a bus drives past and disappears he seems to have disappeared as well.

I blink looking around rapidly. Where did he go?

I swear I saw him standing right there.

End of flashback

"You ok?" Jimin asks entering the darkroom taking me out of my trance.

"Yeah." I fake smile.

I'm honestly not. Every since the stuff I discovered I've been quite afraid of going to the residence. Especially without Jungkook around. Which I should really check with Hoseok to see what his parol officer said. Although I feel very frightened I don't want Jimin to know about that although we have dinner planned tonight where I'm going to tell him about everything I've recently discovered.

"I can see right through that lie. Somethings bothering you. Is this about what you went to Hoseok and Yoongi for?"

I let out a tiny breath and nod. "Yeah, but it's fine. I'm fine." I say. "I'll let it go for now because you're working but you have to tell me what's going on later."

I nod at him. "I will."

"Need any help?" "No I'm good, I'm almost done anyways."

"Ok, I'll wait for you in the car."

He leaves and I finished up the rest of the pictures before meeting him in the car. "Do you wanna order some takeout or I can cook."

"Jimin you barely know how to cook."

"Takeout it is then."

We sit in the livingroom eating pizza and watching a kdrama. "This show is getting really interesting." I say finishing my last bite of pizza. "Yeah, I really wonder if she's going to get her revenge or not."

"You want some more water?" He asked pausing the t.v and walking to the kitchen. "Yes please."

Couple seconds later he comes back with two full glasses of water, handing one to me.

"Thanks." I drink the water as Jimin sits down.

"So, now you wanna tell me what been on your mind?"

I let out a sigh, I knew he was going to bring it up.

"Well, a couple days ago, one of guys in the residence had basically told me to beware of the others there. He had some conspiracy I guess that they are like a cult or something. He was never specific about what they were doing but he was pretty clear that I should stay away from there."

Jimin frowns a bit but continues to listen. "So after work the other day I had found a journal that belonged to the man that stayed in the same room that I stay in now. I read the journal and it has some pretty disturbing things like he was very paranoid and he felt he was going to die soon. I decided to ask the guy who told me to be safe but he was suddenly gone. This weird girl that stays there claimed he moved out but he just doesn't seem the type to up and leave, that's why I went to Hoseok and Yoongi."

"Are you ok? Do you feel safe there?"

"Yes I feel safe. I haven't had any bad encounters." I lie. I really don't want him to worry.

"You know that if you ever don't feel safe you can come to mine or Chaeryeongs house. We're here for you, always. Ok?" He softly grabs my face to look him in the eyes. I give a nod my eyes glancing at his lips.
