Ch17

Skye POV
Spending time with Chase feels good like old times but it's really awkward. My chest couldn't help but feel heavy. I don't know why I'm nervous around him now. Back then I wasn't like this but I guess it's because my feelings for him grew. I then started to feel little cold.

Skye: "Is it just me or is it starting to get cold?"

Chase: "Oh no it's the morning cold alright guess your not use to getting up early yet"

Skye: "Nope I usually wake up a bit later then this"

We both then continue to starred out of the balcony I then started to get cold that I started to shiver a bit, I didn't want to ruin this time with Chase. Probably because this is the only time I will have with him. I try to ignore the cold as much as I could. But I still shiver. But then I felt something on my shoulders then on my side. I turn to see Chase arm around me and him next to me basically touch my side, and it felt warm.

Chase: "I uh notice you look a bit cold so I uh um thought I could warm you up a bit if-if-if it's a problem then I'll stop"

Skye: "No no it's alright, I'm actually feeling more warm now"

Chase: "O-Oh ok then"

I then lean in my head against Chase shoulder and felt even warmer. We both then continue to starred out of the balcony. I could hear the bird's singing and wind blowing. It was nice that I smiled, haven't felt this warm feeling in a long time.

Chase: "Wow it's such a great morning"

Skye: "It is"

Chase: "Even the birds are enjoying this morning"

Skye: "I know you can hear them singing, it's such a good morning"

Chase: "I'm glad to spend it with you"

Skye: "I'm glad your here too"

Chase: "I mean y-yeah it would have been boring with just me now that your here it's interesting"

Skye: "Because I'm here?"

Chase: "Y-Yeah it's better"

Skye: "Thanks Chase that is sweet of you"

Chase is a really nice dog, you was nice to me back then too. He would always get worried about me when I am in trouble or in danger. I found that sweet of him. I also believe maybe that's the reason why I love him. I should tell him how I feel now before we save Rubble because I might never get this chance again.

Skye: "Cha-"

Sweetie: "Good Morning I could see your up"

Sweetie then walk nexts to us nearly scaring me and Chase. Me and Chase both split up and he take his arm off of me. I then started to feel a bit cold again but I look at Sweetie.

Sweetie: "I could see your cold Skye let's go back in and warm up a bit"

Skye: "Oh o-ok"

We all then went back inside and I felt warm again, we all then went in the elevator and went down.

Chase: "I didn't know you were up Sweetie"

Sweetie: "I want to wake you guys but I could see you are doing it already Chase"

Chase: "I haven't wake the others yet but I planning on to"

Skye: "We just didn't want to wake anyone up yet since it's still to early"

Sweetie: "Really ok"

I then see Sweetie grinning which maybe me feel unsettled. I got a feeling she's know the real reason which I hope she don't.
