Oh. My. God. My whole life...is a lie. That sounds dramatic but it's true. It's all a fucking lie. I throw the letter on my bed and walk out my room and out into the living room, leaning on a table nearby, holding my head in my hands; tears running down my face. I have to go. I leave a note saying that I went out. I can't face any of them without feeling betrayed. I can't believe they all lied to me my whole life. I drive, not knowing where I was going or when I was going to get there. Guess I would find out when I get there.

Peter's POV
"Where is she?" I ask, not knowing what happened. "She just left." Pepper explains the situation and I just have to know, know what's on the letter.
"Steve? Do you know what's on the letter?" I ask him. He looks down and nods his head.
"Yeah. I know what's on there." He says, sadness in his voice.
"What is it?" Pepper asks, standing next to me. Steve just shakes his head.
"I can't say...it hurts when I say it." He finishes.
"Why?! Steve you better tell me or I swear to god..." Pepper says, Steve then leading Pepper out of the room, presumably to tell her what's on the letter. I leave the house and call y/n. No answer. She must've read it. I gotta find her. I run out of the house and get Happy to drive me back to the tower. The whole drive home, I couldn't stop thinking about where she could be. We pull up outside the tower and I run into the house.
"y/n?! y/n, are you here?" I say, walking into the house. I see a bit of paper on the table and pick it up.

I had to leave for a bit. If you wanna know why, read the letter...
y/n

"Oh no..." I run up the stairs and into her room. I see the letter laying on the bed and I hesitantly pick it up. I read it, my eyes darting left to right and my jaw drops. Holy shit...I leave her room, the letter stuffed in my pocket.
"Happy...do you know what's one here?" I ask him. He nods his head.
"Tony never met me tell y/n what was on there. I'm guessing you read it." Happy assumes, I nod my head. Happy grabs my shoulder.
"We gotta find y/n. She's obviously read it and we don't know what she's gonna do." Happy says sternly, ushering me into the car. We drive around for a few hours, looking basically everywhere and there's no sign of her.
"For fuck's sake! Where is she?!" I shout at Happy, sitting back in the car from looking in her favourite coffee shop.
"It's ok Peter. We're gonna find her. She's probably cooled down and gone back home, if not then we'll be extreme and track her phone." Happy explains to me. My eyes widen.
"Why didn't we do that in the first place?!" I shout even louder.
"Because even if we did, she would've probably be even more pissed because we found her. We at least gave her some time to cool off." Happy starts the car and drives back to the tower.

Happy barely stops the car before I jump out and run into the tower. I slam the door open, seeing everyone in the living room.
"Is she here?" I say.
"She's upstairs. She won't speak to anyone." Wanda says to me. I sigh out of relief and slowly go up the stairs and knock lightly on her door.
"y/n? Are you ok?" I say softly. No answer. I can hear her TV so she's just ignoring me.
"y/n...please." I beg. "Open the door..." I hear some movement and she opens the door, face stained with tears. She falls into my arms and I wrap them around her upper body. She starts sobbing in my arms, the noises killing me.
"I read the letter." I say quietly. "I'm so sorry, baby." She sniffles.
"It's ok. Do you have it? I can't find it." She asks, groggy voice from crying. I nod my head and take it out my pocket, placing it in her jean pocket.
"I just can't believe it. Tony's my dad." She says, starting to cry again.
"I know baby, I know. It's ok." I stroke her hair as she starts to calm down a little.
"I just can't believe it. This whole time...I thought Steve was my dad! I called him 'Uncle Tony' for fucks sake!" She starts to shout and bang on my chest, I just stood there trying to keep her as calm as possible. I hold her wrists to keep me from punching me and pull her into my chest. She starts to sob again and we both fall onto the floor, holding onto each other.
