Xinyan's pronouns are my headcanons
You looked around the building. Everyone seemed to be enjoying the party so far!
Soon you'd all get presents, but that wasn't for another hour.
You were sitting at a table with Scaramouche and some others. You were happily chatting and drinking.
You laughed now and then, and even Scaramouche seemed to be enjoying it. Of course you had forced him to come.
"I don't want to come", he hissed. Scaramouche pushed you away.
You pouted.
"Come onnnn", you begged. After a lot or begging he finally gave in.
You giggled at the memory and grabbed his hand. He blushed and looked away.
After a while of talking you stood up.
"I'm going out a bit", you said and yawned. The others nodded and continued talking.
You walked away, out to the balcony looking thing.
You felt the snow softly landing on your hair as you stood out there, a smile visible on your face. Sure, you liked parties, but you didn't like being with too many people too long.
You sighed and closed your eyes, enjoying the outside to the fullest. Until you felt someone tap your shoulder.
You hummed.
"You okay, darling?" Scaramouche's familiar voice softly whispered in your ear.
"I'm fine. Just a bit crowded, I guess", you said as you felt Scaramouche hugging you from behind. You leaned into the hug.
You quietly continued humming a christmas song, the both of you relaxing to the faint sound of your voice.
Excited yelling was heard from inside a moment later, waking the both of you from your "sleep".
"Let's go", you smiled and grabbed his hand. You two walked in togheter.
Everyone had gathered around the christmas tree. Hu Tao waved for you to come over, patting the spot beside her and Xinyan.
You nodded and ran over to her, Scaramouche sitting beside Childe and Signora.
"Alright everyone, grab your presents!" Xinyan yelled with a big grin plastered on their face.
You gathered all off them and leaned back to your "seat".
The first present from Yanfei was a big teddy bear. You smiled and thanked her.
The presents you liked the most were from Xinyan, Scaramouche, Hu Tao, Kazuha and Signora.
Xinyan gave you a pretty guitar earring, Scaramouche gave you a pretty set of black hair accesories, Hu Tao gave you a large ghost plushie, Kazuha gave you a book you'd wanted and Signora gave you a pretty necklace with a firefly on it.
You were talking with Hu Tao and Xinyan a while later. Everyone was at the table and eating and talking.
You smiled, the prettiest smile Scaramouche had ever seen.
Signora sat down infront of you.
"So~ How'd you like your present?" Signora smiled.
"It was so pretty! And I loved Hu Tao's and Xinyan's too! Thank you very much!" You smiled with a big thumbs up.
A while later most people were sleeping on eachother. You had fallen asleep on Scaramouche's lap, head resting as he plated with your hair.
