Stardust part 5

Chapter 2

*somewhere in the universe*

"Mika? Where are you?", I asked with a weak voice I looked around until I saw him, I tried to stand up, my body hurting everywhere, I saw him lying on the ground, I pulled myself over to him.

"Hey. Wake up."

"What?"

"Thank god you're alive.", I'm glad he woke up as he was covered in blood and wounds.

"How are you?"

"Who are you?"

"What? I'm Andy, your husband."

"Husband? But that's illegal. You're a human."

"Yes but thanks to you I'm partly celestial."

"That's impossible."

"But it's true, we're married, we have four kids."

"Where am I? Why are you here with me?"

"I don't know. The last thing I remember is that we were on B612 and it exploded."

"B612? Explode? Did you kidnap me?! You tried to murder me!"

"No! I love you!"

"Go away you freak!", it hurt me, the love of my life can't remember who I am, tears rolled down my cheeks.

"Do you remember Nic?"

"Nic? No."

"Johnny? The twins Lola and Emily? Billy? Our kids?"

"No. I never had kids."

"You also don't remember this?", I came closer and kissed him.

"That was nice, but no.", my heart shattered into thousand pieces, I felt like the past 20 years are gone, as if nothing of it ever happened for him.

"How old are you?"

"3214."

"Okay. We should try to get away from here, or first find out where we are."

"Can I come with you?"

"Of course you come with me, even though you don't remember you have kids and we're married I won't leave you behind, I get your memory back!"

"Thank you. Should we search for hints?"

"You still know everything?"

"Not all I suppose but most things."

"Good, anything familiar?"

"Not yet, but it feels like I know it."

"Good, I think there's a city somewhere."

"Okay, let's go then. We could talk on the way?"

"Sure.", I told him our whole story how we met, about our kids and what happened, but he didn't have a clue what I was talking about, he just looked at me with big eyes.

It broke my heart, to see him, he had scars but thought he was still a teen.

"Did you hear that?"

"What?"

"Listen, it sounds like an animal."

"And?"

"It sounds angry."

"What are we going to do now?"

"Keep calm, I will take care of it if it's here."

"Okay? I think.", we walked a bit and it got louder, I was a bit scared but knowing what he could do I didn't had a doubt that he had trouble with it.

"Stop, there it is, it will attack probably.", there was something big looking like a wolf but much bigger, growling at us, it started running towards us.

"Hold my shirt."

"What?", he took his shirt off and placed it in my hands.

"You probably know this so you aren't surprised now."

He turned around his eyes and dots glowing red, another pair of arms appeared, spike like things appeared on his back, I never saw him like this. He stopped the animal with bare hands, fighting it until it ran away, I just stared at him as he transformed back and looked like I know him again.

"So, let's continue then?"

"What was that?!"

"What? This, killing mode. You don't know it?"

"You tried to eat me in it during your first pregnancy, but you never mentioned you have four arms?!"

"Oh, I thought you knew, well now you do. But don't be scared I can control it."

"I hope."

We went on and an eternity later we found a hotel.

"Excuse me sir, we're shipwrecked, can you tell me which planet this is?"

"Sure, we're on Mars, you need help?"

"Mars? Okay, ehm we could use another ship maybe?"

"I see what I can do."

"Ey, where do we want to go?", he whispered to me.

"Earth."

"Okay. We need to go to earth."

"I see, there's a ship left, but it's on the other side of the planet, but there's no flight in the next months, you have to get there yourself."

"Okay, we'll manage. We also need a room."

"Sure."

We got something to eat and went to our room.

"So? What now?"

"Ehm, we could try to help your memory?"

"Okay?"

"I got a picture of us all always with me, maybe that helps.", I handed him the picture and looked at him.

"These are our kids, remember?"

"I'm sorry.", a few tears ran over his face.

"Hey, what is it?"

"What if I can't remember them?"

"You will, we went through so much, it won't be gone so easily, trust me.", I said and hugged him, to be honest I had no idea what will happen with us.

Mika pov

I had no idea who this guy was, or if I had a family, he could've been a liar, but he had no reason to lie to me. As soon as he was asleep, I looked at picture trying to remember anything, I stared at the kids on the picture then at him and back at the kids. He seemed so familiar, I trusted him, I thought about the kiss, I got tired and went to bed, then it hit me.

I woke up in sweat, I couldn't see clearly, my head aching, I felt my second arms, killing mode, I ran to the bathroom, I didn't want to hurt him, later he opened the door.

"What's wrong?"

"Go away!"

"What?"

"Go away! Or I will hurt you!"

"No you won't, I know you wouldn't hurt me."

"But I don't know you!", I yelled with teary eyes.

"I won't leave you. What happened?"

"I remembered something....Johnny, we adopted him on Barcelona, ten year anniversary..."

"Yes! Oh my! You know it! I knew you would remember.", he smiled.

I wish I knew what happened to me. I went back to bed, sleeping in his arms.
