Chapter Thirteen---War with Louria

"We will still go to war. The United Federation is just lucky to be transferred to the Second Civilisation. We will unite the continent of Rodenius under our flag and kill all of these demi-humans. The invasion shall proceed as planned." King Haak Louria XXXIV said to his advisors.

"Sir, perhaps we should understand this country first before invading countries that they have a defence agreement with. After all, they got invited to the Eleven Countries Leadership Conference." One advisor said.

"They only got invited to the conference because the Holy Milishial Empire wants to know more about them. They also recognised this transferred nation as a part of the Second Civilisation simply because they don't want to break the balance of the world. These barbarians are just lucky. We should not waste our time visiting them. There is no need to do so." The king said back. He is ignorant but he doesn't realise it. 

After hearing his king's reply, the advisor immediately decided that this kingdom is not worth serving for and he will escape the kingdom later. He had enough with this ignorant king.

Back in the United Federation.....

Walter is sitting in his office and reading documents when he suddenly realised that the date for the Lourian invasion is going to be in two weeks.

'This will be a great way to showcase my country's power. But will the Lourians even launch the invasion in the first place after the Holy Milishial Empire recognised my country as a part of the Second Civilised Area? Considering their stupidity, yes.' He thought.  

So he called for a meeting of his generals and they eventually decided to send troops and a fleet of ships to counter the Lourian invasion. Just incase.

Two weeks later........

The forces that the United Federation sent to Qua Toyne and Quilia are on high alert due to the fact that it is the day of the Lourian invasion. Rocket launchers are ready to blast the Lourians into the skies while the infantry are ready to clear up the battlefield. They still didn't send the fighter jets yet though, but they are on high alert as well. Ready to scramble any minutes.

The truth is that the United Federation wants the Lourians to invade. This way, they will get a piece of territory to operate from in the Third Civilised Area. And the troops and aircrafts that they sent remained camouflaged so the Lourians will not think that anything is wrong.

The troops then spotted a wyvern flying around in Qua Toyne's airspace. As all of Qua Toyne's wyverns are still on the ground, they were sure that this wyvern is from Louria. The soldiers and the rocket artillery waited until the Lourians gather in their formations infront of the city of Gim. 

"Fire!" The artillery officer ordered.

The rockets flew into the air and ejected smaller bombs that dropped on to the unsuspecting Lourians. Without time to even scream, the formations of Lourians were engulfed by explosions. After the explosions, the soldiers of the United Federation marched in and shot all of the Lourians left to take them out of their misery. Their leader knows what will happen in the future so there will be no need for interrogations.

Back in the United Federation, Walter heard the good news and also about the shooting of the Lourian soldiers. But he just said to himself: Who cares about the Geneva Suggestion?

 By the end of the third day, the tanks and soldiers reached the outskirts of the Lourian capital. Special forces were sent in during the night and took Hark Louria XXXIV prisoner. The reason that the Great Sea Battle of Rodnius didn't happen is because of the thousands of missiles that sank the entire Lourian navy. 

After the defeat, construction crews rushed in to build field hospitals and treat the wounded civilians. Unlike what you may now like to think, Walter still cares about some parts of the Geneva Suggestion.
