               Y/n's POV

One month since I've seen my family
One month since I've seen my friends
One month since being to work
One month I've been here, not leaving the sliver gates that surround me.
One month with Carter Romano.

I don't want to admit it but it's hard not to have feelings for a person you once had feelings for, the person you've slept with hand and hand every single night.

I sit here on a pool float reading a "walk to remember", I've read it so many times but I just can't get enough of it, it's my comfort book, my happy place and I can't tell you how many times I've made carter watch the movie, that what you get for kidnapping me, I even made him suffer with 365 days and said he wasn't allowed to touch me the whole movie, he was a whimpering mess by the end of it, serves him right.
His laugh.

              Carter's POV
She makes me so happy, the way she dances to every song that comes on in the living room, the way she looks as she covers my backyard in bird feeders, she loves those damn birds.

She's opened up so much since she first arrived, she smiles at me, she gives me back rubs when I wake up from a nightmare, she's my safe place.
As I'm praising her in my thoughts she waltz's right into my office with just a towel wrapped around her
"What can I help you with today beautiful?"
"What's that on your desk?"
She points to stacks of files plied up on my desk
Nothing
"Oh just bills from over the years, I keep them for safe keeping after I've payed them."
"They don't look like bills"

She comes up closer to my desk and goes to pick the top one up
Before I can grab it out of her hands she opens it

Dropping to her knees with the file still in her hands, her mouth gaped wide open
"You run the Italian mafia?"

                 Y/n's POV
I run as fast as I can out of his office
The mafia isn't real
Is it?

I'm running down the hallway as carter pins me against the wall
"Don't run from me"
He tells me angrily
"How could you not tell me this, I thought hockey got you all this money, not that you controlled the biggest illegal Business in the world!"
I scream at him
I punch at him
I kick at him
He takes it, not moving.
Why?
"I'm sorry, I know I should have told you beaut-"

I smash my lips on his, turning my
Neck for more access, I haven't kissed him in over a month.

He wraps his hands around my thighs and picks me up, this kiss wasn't rough it was passionate, our real first kiss.
Finally.

I pull away and jump down
"Goodnight Carter"
And with that I head to our bedroom and ashamed that I enjoyed that a little to much.
Lord help me.

              Carter's POV
Fucking hell, I've got my hands wrapped around her waist and my legs tangled with hers.
Not being able to fall asleep because of what happened right outside this room, our room.
She turns her body, now chest to chest with eachother
She opens her eyes slightly then closing them as she snuggles into my chest,
This is new
I whisper four little words into her ear as I doze off
Goodnight y/n

I wake up to light kisses being placed on my chest

Only then I hear giggling from the corner of our room, I open my eyes and I'm met with the dog
Y/n made me get her, quote on quote "COULDNT LIVE WITHOUT IT"

There y/n stands, hysterically laughing as this idiotic dog won't stop licking me
"If you don't get this damn dog off me right now I'm going to strangle it"
She rushes over
As she moves the dog I pull her on top of me, making her straddle my waist

I kiss all up and down her neck putting my hands under her shirt and massaging the sides of her stomach, she's moans.

She starts grinding down on my dick, moving in circular motions as she gets down and whispers in my ear.
"I have a question"

I say as I press her hips down harder
"Take me to the mall."

room"
She gets up and grabs her pillow as she try's to leave the room, key word try's.

I pull her back onto my lap, knowing I can't say no to her, she's already won right when she asked.

Hello again, im aware this one is shorter then my previous chapters but this was expected, also had my wise certification test today so that really put a damper in my energy levels, do you have wise tests where you're from?
