American Dream

I often think of how my life would turn out to be...
but I see nothing
I don't know what I want to do
I know I want to be successful
I know I want to have money
That's what everyone wants though
The American Dream
I want so much
But do so little
I sit for hours and wonder
But later achieve nothing
I want to be something great
I have hope
I guess hope keeps me going
Whatever it is
I know I will do something
I just don't know what yet
