Eeveelutions: Coral the Vaporeon

Chapter One

Coral was super excited. Her cousin, Shimmer, a Shiny Vaporeon, was visiting her and the other Eeveelutions in Unova all the way from Johto!

"Coral!" Lance called from the kitchen. "Shimmer will be here soon!" 

Lance had Coral by the name Shimmer. Coral zoomed downstairs. 

"Shimmer...Shimmer...Shimmer...Shimmer..." She whispered as she ran.

Once she got downstairs, she hit Lance with a bunch of questions.

"When will she be here? Where did she fly from? Is she bringing anyone? Did she learn any new moves? When will she be here?" Coral asked consistently.

She will be here in about an hour." Lance answered.

All the excited energy exited Coral's body.

"One hour? I have to wait one whole hour? Lance, I don't even know if I can do that. Gee, as far as I know I might die trying to wait one hour!" Coral mumbled as she paced.

"Alright, Coral," Lance put his paw on Coral's haunches. "I need you to at least try to wait one hour, okay?"

Coral nodded vigorously. "Alright, Lance. I'll try. I'll try Lance, yes I will. I'll try hard. Very hard. Harder than any Vaporeon has tried before! It'll be so hard..."

Lance cut Coral off. "That's enough, Coral. I get the idea." 

"Alright, Lance, I'll stop. I'll stop now. I'll stop really quickly. I'll stop..."

Lance put his paw on his head. "Coral, that means stop talking." He told her. 

"Oh. Oops, sorry." 

"It's fine." 

Coral sat still trying to wait one hour like Lance had said.

"Coral, are you going to sit there for a whole hour?" Lance asked.

"Yeah." 

"Do you think you can actually do that?" 

"Yeah, probably."

"I doubt you can."

"Oh, I can."

"No you can't."

"I'll try."

"Yeah, you do that." 

"Has it been an hour yet?"

Lance sighed. This was going to be hard.
